Guests love how close everything is: the beach is just steps away, restaurants and coffee are walkable, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet — far from the crowded condo scene.
Inside, the cottage is bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious for a one-bedroom. You’ll find a comfortable king bed, a cozy living room with a door for privacy, a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautifully updated bathroom with great water pressure. The home blends original character with modern comfort, so it feels homey — not hotel-like.

Outdoor living is part of the experience here. Enjoy morning coffee or evening meals on the front or back patio, rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower, or grill dinner after a beach day.

We provide beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and bikes — guests love not having to bring or rent extras. Many spend their days walking the beach, biking around the island, and watching sunsets just steps from the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seashell haven. It was beautiful and cozy. We feel safe and relaxed. I love the fact we were so close to the beach and there is a pet beach at the end of the island. Best place on Pass A Grill

We spent 2 nights in SeaShell and it is just the cutest place ever. It's really close to the beautiful beach ( 3 min walk), and it's very well appointed, and it's comfortable. It has a cute little private patio. Really can't say anything negative about it. I will say it is the cleanest and most comfortable place we've ever stayed in.

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. When you book with me, I'll be more than happy to share recommendations on places to visit and things to do. This beach house is not just a rental property to me - it's a labor of love. I put my heart and soul into personally renovating and updating it, creating a space where families and friends can come together and make memories that will last a lifetime. My own family lived in this house for a while, and we fell in love with the area. However, life has a way of pulling us in different directions, and I had to make the difficult decision to move closer to my daughter's school. But I couldn't bear to let go of this gem by the beach, so I decided to share it with others who are looking for a place to unwind and connect with nature.
One of the best things about this beach house is its convenient location - it's just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of downtown St. Pete and Tampa.
