Idéal pour le paddle, le kayak et le canoë. Il est situé dans la baie la plus proche du parc national, le Dodge Park n ° 4.

Lorsque vous êtes à la plage, le "non-réveil" prend fin et le lac Cass Lake s'ouvre sur une superficie de 1 280 hectares (1280 acres), le plus grand lac de sports intérieurs situé dans les terres du sud-est du Michigan. Le lac Cass est si vaste qu'il change quatre fois de ville: Keego Harbour, Orchard Lake, West Bloomfield et le canton de Waterford.

Les deux salles de bains ont des toilettes de niveau confort. Il y a aussi des barres d'appui pour entrer dans la salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

Il y a une buanderie pour votre commodité.

La cuisine en chêne et en granit dispose d’un téléviseur HD et est entièrement équipée avec suffisamment de verres à vin et en porcelaine pour divertir les amis et la famille.

La salle à manger donne sur les ponts.

Le grand pont sur deux niveaux est doté de chaises longues et de trois tables à parasol pouvant accueillir 20 personnes.

Les portes françaises vous mènent dans la suite principale avec canapé-lit queen-size, parquet en chêne, plafond de 18 pieds et grandes fenêtres et télévision haute définition. Elle est équipée d'une salle de bain privée avec douche et toilettes au niveau confort.

La chambre king au bord du lac a un lit king size, une télévision haute définition avec accès au pont. La chambre à coucher merlot a un lit king et HDTV et un lit pliant.

Il y a une mezzanine avec un futon, mais vous montez une échelle sur le mur pour y accéder. Il n'y a pas de place pour rester. Les adolescents adorent ça.
Adultes c'est un non, à moins qu'ils ne soient ludiques!

L'aménagement paysager dans les deux maisons offre une intimité.

Le marché des fermiers est à 10 minutes et est ouvert tous les mardi, jeudi et samedi. 6 heures-13 heures.

Beaucoup de grands restaurants à seulement cinq minutes.

Beautiful location, a very attentive host, and a comfortable, spacious home. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving — cooked for our group of eight (family and friends) and enjoyed post-dinner drinks by the fireplace. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to an incoming snowstorm, but we would love to return. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lake home with wonderful and helpful hosts

My adult children and I were looking for a peaceful lake home to have my husband’s celebration of life. This was the perfect location for my family to gather and honor him. July 4th Family Vacation

Our family vacation was truly amazing. The amenities at the place were as described, and whenever we needed anything, the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. We were blessed with fantastic weather throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The house had a spacious patio that easily accommodated all 25 of us, making it perfect for gathering together and creating wonderful memories.

This is our second time staying at the host properties. They own a few of them all in a row. Both houses that we have stayed at have been amazing. Great location on such a fun lake. Great lake location

For spending time outside, on the deck, fishing and boating, this property delivered on our expectations. The waterfront was a wonderful location for our boat and our daughters spent the days laying on the floating pier and fishing. Dodge State Park is literally around the corner by water. Very peaceful and a great place to wrap up our Summer.

great spot for families

Kip and Ricca who rent the place are lovely and right next door. They are very helpful in many ways. The property has beautiful views of the lake providing a parade of ducks and a resident swan. A new deck allows a great spot to sit outdoors and enjoy the view. The house is comfortable and a good place to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped too!

Delightful Getaway!

Our recent stay at Ricca's lake home was refreshing and enjoyable from start to finish. We loved the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. warm and charming

Our four night stay was so comfortable and warm. The house was well stocked. we threw a dinner party for 13 comfortably. The views were serene. The landlords delightful. We loved the shopping in Birmingham. WE SHALL RETURN!!!!!! Julianna and Jerry.

Check in was super easy! Great part of the lake - had best of both aspects of lake life! Huge yard (great for kids)! There is a loft in the house that wasn’t in the description but the kids loved playing up there! Ricca and Kip were exceptional! We will be back!

Best Time Ever

Dear Ricca and Kip, I cannot thank you enough for providing the perfect place for our families to gather for our daughter's wedding. Our new in-laws travelled from Germany and were so pleased with the lovely home they stayed in. You provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. I've never had a more responsive host!

Property is amazing! Our host went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable! Ricca was very knowledgeable of the area and was helpful in every way. I was arranging to rent a boat for the weekend and she jumped right in! She set us up with a company that matched her hospitality and exceeded expectations! Hats off to you Matt! Perfect spot to gather with family

Our family chose this property due to its proximity to my sister’s house which was just 1.5 miles away from it. We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. It was pretty chilly outside so we couldn’t really enjoy the lake or back deck, but it would be amazing in the summer. The house was just as described. Sleeping space was a bit tight for 8 adults, but it worked. My sister’s family of 5 ate Thanksgiving dinner here with us, and between the kitchen table and dining room table we were able to seat all 13 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook as well. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in the showers, and fireplace was wonderful for the chilly nights. Hosts were great to respond quickly to any questions and brought us more blankets when we asked about them. I highly recommend!

Great location, great owners, checks all the boxes

We arrived to a beautiful evening on peaceful, glassy bay. It was exactly as described. Kip and Ricca were great hosts (and nice people) and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. This home is on a "no wake" cut off of Cass Lake (all sports) and it was perfect for kayak, canoe and paddle board activities. It was about five minutes for wave runners (we brought our own) to get to open lake, but its an absolutely beautiful 5 minutes with lake and marsh views around Dodge #4 State Park. Super close to launch and marina facilities, if needed. The home was very comfortable for our group of 7 and couches accommodated the nieces and nephews that stayed a night. Awesome deck for entertaining and good boardwalk on the water with docking facility. We caught northern pike, bass, bluegill, sunfish, and a large bowfin from the dock. Not a ton, but enough to keep it fun for the kids (20 somethings). (We threw everything we had at them, and ended up most successful with bobber and a worm...) Note: The owners rent the home next door as well, so larger groups can be accommodated as well. Note2: There is a pontoon dock on site that is in need of repair, but it wasn't an issue for our group of adults. Overall: Very happy with our stay, with the owners, the property and the lake ALL meeting our expectations.

Picture Perfect

This property is A+ very clean, picture perfect with a great location on the lake. Easy access and boat hook up if bringing your own boat. Breathtaking views from both bedrooms. The yard was super clean, we BBQ'd and it was great! Plenty of lounge chairs, tables for outside eating. We will defiantly be back! The owners of the property live next door and are just the absolute sweetest. They put their heart in soul into making your stay the best possible. They gave us recommendations on restaurants etc. If you stay here you'll love it!

Wonderful Lake House on Cass Lake Waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this amazing waterfront home. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked the vacation and the owners were absolutely wonderful. The home is kept very clean and the backyard is perfectly maintained. If you book this home in the summer, you have to rent a boat to go with it!

Amazing home to host family for a wedding!

This home is amazing, it was spacious, quiet, and peaceful! Kip and Ricca were very kind! Amazing stay!

Great spot on Cass lake!

Ricca and Kip were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Really enjoyed the huge backyard and vast composite deck -- was very easy to gather outdoors with 10+ people. If you're into fishing or boating you will love the full-length composite boardwalk with lights and cleats. The Back Bay cove is the most peaceful part of the lake being a no-wake zone. We caught plenty of pike, catfish, and bluegills right from the boardwalk -- excellent fishing spot. The house, while older and not as modern in amenities, was plenty comfortable, clean, and functional. But really, spend most of your time outside!

It is great for swimming, fishing, lawn games, bbqing and bonfires. Bring your boat or rent one and there is docking for two boats at each house. Wake up to the beauty of peaceful nature anytime and any season is beautiful. It’s time to explore the 1280 acre Cass lake and see why it’s the best.

Cass Lake has beautiful homes and mansions and it is so large for an inland lake, 1280 acres. No other lake around this area compares to it. We have a 240’ boardwalk and two swim docks with ladders. Swim or fish or make a bonfire and toast some marshmallows. Sunsets are always changing
with amazing colors. We love it here!
