Beautiful location beautiful house

We hired the villa as our daughter was getting married at Milton Park. It was a perfect location and we will stay again.

Villa 6 in Milton Park was the perfect place to stay for our weekend visit to Bowral. The villa was spacious with character and charm. The setting of the property was so picturesque and serene. Location fabulous - short drive to the centre of Bowral. Our host Sarah was an excellent communicator.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house or location!

We stayed at this property for a wedding which was at the Milton Park Hotel - the feeling of having our own open space while being so close to the wedding location that we could walk there was even better than we had expected. The house was gorgeous and full of character with stunning views and sunshine coming through all the huge windows. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or location!

Property needs Spring clean. No tissues, no shampoo or conditioner or small milk in fridge. All these things make a difference. Garbage removal was also a nuisance an outside bin should be provided. The threat of 100 deduction if not done as instructed was over the top.

Thank you for your feed back re shampoo & conditioner. I'm not sure about the milk issue there were 2 long life milks in the fridge? There was also tissues in the linen cupboard, my apology neither the cleaner or I noticed they needed replacing. As with batteries you mentioned privately there were batteries in the pantry. I'm sorry you felt the house needed a spring clean & wish you would have contacted me to rectify any issue. The sky lights & windows had been cleaned recently & the house cleaned 5 days before your arrival. All the out door areas blown down. The gas fire place fitted glass covering which you removed as you said it was dusty is not meant to be removed! I had to get a installer to put it back on. The body corporate to not allow for big wheely bins to be left outside of the Villas. It is only a short walk to the bins or a drop off on your way out in the car. I have never charged responsible people for leaving a small amount of garbage behind that has been missed for some reason. That message is to deter young people having illegal parties & leaving many many box loads of bottles & cans not to mention bags of garage left outside for possums to ramble through! It is not a nice way to arrive to a beautiful Villa to see that sort of misuse. Once again, I thank you again for leaving the property so nicely it is really appreciated. I'm truly sorry you were disappointed with the property as I can assure you the owner & I take great pride in presenting it in a welcoming & clean way. Sara Smith

A Southern Highlands experience in summer

Milton Park Villas are uniquely positioned. They offer a holiday break/lifestyle that is relaxing and easy to achieve being only 1 1/2 hours from Sydney or for beach lovers… 1 hour thru the magnificent Kangaroo Valley to the east coast. The surrounding area is complex with its coverage of history, some colourful residents, horse racing, art, antiques, lovely walks, scenic sites, great shopping, too much to list. Milton Park Villas are private, quiet, serene, surrounded by magnificent, well maintained gardens and being high on the hill… picturesque views of valleys, cows, horses and kangaroos. Always a changing vista. I highly recommend Milton Park Villas for your next escape!!

The host is very generous

It was amazing that the host offered one more night free because of the gas could not turned off properly for a while. We appreciated their generosity.

Lovely long weekend

We had a lovely stay for my mother’s 70th birthday. The house worked well for us, my parents and two kids, kitchen well stocked, lovely walks in the garden around the adjoining hotel.

Very comfortable and cosy villa house

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which coincided with the Bowral Tulip Festival and open gardens at Milton Park. Plenty of room and good facilities, and having the open fire is just great. So much so that we cancelled dinner out the first night and ate in, so we could enjoy the fire.

Lovely home with a view

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Waking up in the morning to a wonderful view of the country side was so relaxing for myself and friends for a long weekend. The walks around the property were also lovely to explore. Highly recommend this property with everything you need for six people with plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely have to stay again with my family next time.
