Our boutique home is a gorgeous secluded recently fully renovated ultra-luxury three bedroom cottage with Italian Tiles and Plush Carpet which are both underfloor heated together with Dimmable Downlights throughout, ideal for anyone wanting to escape to the country for luxury relaxation with private indoor and outdoor dining, gardens and a new six seater 81 jet luxury heated Hydrotherapy spa.

Our boutique home is ideal for anyone wanting to escape to the country for luxury relaxation with private indoor and outdoor dining, gardens and a new six seater 81 jet luxury heated Hydrotherapy spa and/or the perfect base for easily exploring Bowral by foot or driving to the beautiful surrounding villages of the Southern Highlands where exceptional vineyards, antique stores, bushwalking and/or a game of golf etc. awaits you.

So, after a day of exploring or playing in the picturesque Southern Highlands, come home to what can be your luxury well appointed home away from home, Hall House.

For larger groups we can offer accommodation for up to 14 people with Hall House and our two Hidden Door properties. Our fully renovated Hundred Year old Hidden Door Cottage with 2 bedrooms featuring a new King Bed that can be split into 2 Singles & a new Queen Bed and also our architect designed Hidden Door Villa with 2 bedrooms featuring a new Super King Bed and a new King Bed that can be split into Two Single Beds are both a flat 3 minute walk to the heart of Old Bowral.

The Hidden Door Cottage & Villa are both self contained and separate.

All of our properties, which are under separate listings, have been recently renovated both inside and outside. Hall House is our only property that does NOT allow pets.

LOUNGE
A gorgeous large double sided glass state of the art gas fire enables the ambiance of winter to be appreciated from the kitchen and dining areas through to the lounge area – perfect for those cold Bowral days and nights romantically watching those flickering flames.

The lounge area is elegantly decorated with two four seater leather lounges and two leather feature armchairs to tastefully match the new theatre quality smart 75” QLED TV with Netflix 4K Streaming in Ultra HD and surround sound for the complete movie effect and Bluetooth music.

A selection of books, magazines and board games are provided for some “old time” relaxation.

BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom has a new luxury Sealy “Exquisite Ultra Plush" Posturepedic Super King Bed, wardrobes, side tables, a relaxing chair and an Ensuite.

The two other Bedrooms have a new luxury Sealy “Exquisite Ultra Plush" Posturepedic King bed in each bedroom which can each be made up into two Single beds in each bedroom on request. There are also wardrobes, side tables, and a relaxing chair in each bedroom.

ENSUITE & MAIN BATHROOMS
The Main Bathroom has a large luxury Bath in addition to all of the features mentioned immediately below.

Both the Ensuite and the Main Bathroom have large Heated Towel Rails, Toilet, and a walk-in shower with separate Double Shower Heads {Rain & Rail} for those romantic showers together, Hairdryers, Hair Straighteners, Lighted Magnifying Mirrors, all Linen including Luxury Bath Robes for the Bathrooms and separate Bath Towels for the Spa, Floor Mats, Washers, Shower Caps, Micro Fibre Hair Wraps and Toiletries including Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner.

KITCHEN
The all new fully appointed Kitchen comes with a Induction Cooktop and Rangehood, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Large Family Refrigerator, Coffee Machine & Quality Coffee Pods & Coffee Crystals, Electric Kettle & a great selection of Premium Tea Bags & Sugar, Blender for your morning smoothies if you want, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Knives, Boards, Cutlery, all Kitchen Utensils & Kitchenware, Salt, Pepper and Premium Olive Oil and Cleaning Products, etc.

DINING
Our home is equipped with a Dining Table and six comfortable Dining Chairs.

LAUNDRY
The laundry comes equipped with state of the art Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board, and Vacuum Cleaner etc.

OTHER FEATURES
Our home has Italian Tiles and Plush Carpet which are both underfloor heated together with Dimmable Downlights throughout the home.

Hall House features both Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning with individual room temperature settings and Ducted Gas Heating making the experience just as you want it.

Unlimited High Speed Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

OUTSIDE
Quality sandstone paving leads you from the morning sundrenched and secluded Alfresco and Garden area off the Kitchen with a table and six chairs, to two afternoon sundrenched and secluded Garden areas in the front, one area with a new six seater 81 jet luxury heated Hydrotherapy spa together with a six seater outdoor lounge and one area which suits an intimate discussion around a cup of homemade luxury coffee or tea or even perhaps a glass of heavenly Southern Highlands wine.

PARKING
Our double lockup garage with an additional car space in front of the garage and extensive street parking is available for your convenience.

GETTING AROUND
Bowral and the Southern Highlands are renowned for wineries, boutique stores, antique stores, gourmet restaurants and cafes. As Bowral is located at the center of the Southern Highlands, it is the perfect base to explore this beautiful part of the world.

Hall House is over the road from the Bowral Golf Club House and just a couple of minutes stroll to the heart of Bowral and its’ boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and cinema.
