Le Laurel Inn Condos est situé à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de la rue principale de Gatlinburg. La propriété dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée ouverte en saison pour votre plaisir. Il y a aussi Internet sans fil gratuit. Vous avez deux moyens de retourner au centre-ville. Si vous empruntez le trottoir de Cherokee Orchard Road, vous arriverez au feu # 6 près du Mountain Mall et de l'Aquarium of the Smokies de Ripley. Il y a aussi une cage d'escalier en bois à l'arrière de notre complexe qui vous conduira à Reagan Drive, qui vous mènera près du musée Believe or Not de Ripley. Cette unité est une chambre avec un lit King dans la chambre et un jacuzzi pour deux personnes. Il a également un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La kitchenette comprend un grand réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière et une cuisinière à 2 feux.

Nice location

Very easy check in & check out. Appearance as pictured but did not appreciate how small it was. All utensils were dirty. Several light bulbs out, lighting dim even with every light turned on. Did not use sleeper sofa because bedding was discolored, appeared to be moldy. But it provided a comfortable, convenient, inexpensive stay.

It also would've been nice to have daily maintenance to the room but it was ok by most standards.

Reviewer Comments: Living area was modern and nice, except for the dinette chairs, felt real loose and about to fall apart. bedroom and bathroom really out dated. very UNcomfortable bed. jacuzzi tub only had 1 jet that worked. Bee's nest on balcony so we couldn't even enjoy that. bathroom was really cramped. not asking for my money back or anything, just trying to make the property management aware of the situation. Also, my location is not Seattle, unless they moved it to southern Ohio without me knowing about it.

The place was smaller than expected with VERY little space to put your clothes or groceries. The owner would have been better served to put a closet or dresser in the bedroom instead of a jacuzzi. The rental agency was wonderful. They were available and got back to us when there was a need. Beverly, Randy and Kevin were great. We would certainly rent through them again but would not stay at this particular property.

A few blocks of walking you are in, if your able, downtown to avoid traffic and additional cost. The unit could use some updating. Beds: pullout couch and king both are noisy. The jacuzzi was nice even though the 4 jets are on the sides. Kitchen is small but doable. Needs more forks for utensils. And there didn’t seemed to be much circulation in the bedroom when it came to the air conditioning, unless you left the door open. We didn’t see any management or staff as it had a sign office closed.

The "kitchen" consisted of a sink, 2 burners and a refrigerator. The description said it was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg but it was probably around a mile to get there. It had one uncomfortable couch to sit in. We would have been much better off in a hotel. It is not a nice place to stay. We won't stay there again.

Very outdated

The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. The curtain to the balcony didnt close completely because it was broken. The bathroom was clean but extremely outdated. There were no shampoos or lotions like you get at a normal hotel. The front desk was extremely friendly. Don't book here if you have a stoller--- there are a ton of stairs to get to the strip. Pretty far walk.
