This little condo was exquisite. It was the perfect place for my husband and I for a little getaway. I loved the decor. The bed was very comfortable. The great thing too was it was close walk to everything!

Perfectly located right in the middle of things. Walk to almost anywhere. Small but clean. Nice pool but the sun doesn't hit until the afternoon. Janet was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating with our travel issues.

We enjoyed the location and it was very clean and comfortable. However Plumbing maintenance is really needed. Im giving 3 stars because:The shower did not drain. Owner did respond and had drano delivered, but that did nothing. The lack of maintenance on hand similar to a hotel sucks. Also we had very little hot water. My husband was fine but i had zero hot water and no draining, i opted to skip shower on our last morning. Husband also had to fix the toilet when we arrived, it kept running. Balcony - we never sat out there because the AC unit is very loud and makes it unpleasant. Surprised no one has mentioned thatOverall if those plumbing issues were fixed, I would stay again. But that really drags my review down unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback. I did not hear back from you after I sent over the Drano. Typically a slow shower drain issue is hair related and takes care of that. I have scheduled the maintenance guy to go by today and fix that and check the toilet as well. There is maintenance but they are not always instant response on a Saturday during turnovers.

We had an amazing time. It was in walking distance of everything never had to drive anywhere! The condo was clean and very nice. I definitely will be staying again. It was wonderful and very relaxing.

Short holiday trip

We came to the area for the midnight 4th of July parade. It was the perfect location to walk right to the strip. We will definitely be returning!

Best location in Gatlinburg

We absolutely loved this condo.It had everything we needed and was just a step away from the very walkable Gatlinburg and also steps from the National park. We spent more time away from the condo so the fact that it is petite in size was perfect for our family of three.We loved that we could feelThe energy of the mountains as soon as we opened the door of the condo. Beautiful. .

Christmas Parade Weekend Stay

This property was perfect & convenient to the parkway to walk to the parade. It was a very short walk. Not to mention the room was perfect for me, my husband, daughter and 15 month old grandson! Will definitely stay here in near future!

Space was nice, no coffee in room, bathroom sink was stopped up (i fixed). However 2 men on an adjacent balcony were doing weird things to each other... not sure I would stay here again...

The guest notified me that the coffee was out and I immediately notified housekeeping and instantly sent him a $15 credit to use at either of two coffee shops around the corner. The sink was never mentioned nor any behavior from the neighbors. I have many 5-star reviews. This is an excellent location and is beautifully renovated. I can’t wait to visit soon myself! Janet

Cute condo. Fully updated. Bed was soooo comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. The Murphy bed was a wonderful addition. Only thing people should know (not necessarily a bad thing) but bedroom has a glass door so no privacy. Not a dealbreaker. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat but probably without our kids. One block from Howard’s Restaurant and next to Ober - location can’t be beat. Parking is great too.

We will be back!! We originally reserved this stay for a weekend in October but because of Hurricane Hellene we had to move our trip. Janet was very understanding and we easily rescheduled to another weekend. We had zero issues staying here and the property was extreme clean!

The condo was a perfect location for our event at the convention center. We were able to walk everyday and not worry about parking. We had a great selection of restaurants by us and shopping. We also had a great view of the fireworks on the 4th.
