Cascading Creek / Condos Gatehouse / 2 chambres / 6e Ă©tage

Emplacement, emplacement, ruisseau en cascade et vue sur la montagne. Le condo est situé à la fin du bùtiment et dispose d'un grand balcon enveloppant (9 'X 25'). Profitez de votre petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec votre vue sur la montagne et les sons de la crique.

Grand condo (1 400 pi2 et plus) vous procurera une sensation de maison. Grande cuisine avec coin repas et vue. Comptoirs en granit, beaucoup d'armoires en cerisier et cuisiniÚre à dessus lisse. Si vous décidez de manger sur place, il y a beaucoup de place pour vous étendre et profiter de la cuisine dans cette cuisine.

La salle à manger a une table pour 4, des comptoirs de bar de cuisine 2 et des siÚges de table pour le petit déjeuner 4.

Le salon a une causeuse en cuir et un canapé qui fait un lit. Nouveau téléviseur LCD 42 'et DVD. Belle wetbar avec fond miroir. Profitez des soirées fraßches prÚs du foyer au gaz confortable.

Les deux chambres ont des lits king. Salle de bain principale a un jacuzzi. Ouvrez les fenĂȘtres de la chambre principale et endormez-vous au son du ruisseau.

Notre condo est situĂ© sur l'autoroute 321 un peu moins d'un mile de la rue principale Gatlinburg. Cette autoroute a la seule Ă©picerie de Gatlinburg, ainsi que McDonald's, Subway, plusieurs restaurants, plusieurs pizzerias et 2 crĂȘperies. Que vous mangiez Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ou Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, tout le monde doit courir Ă  l'Ă©picerie de temps en temps, ce qui est trĂšs pratique pour que l'Ă©picerie se trouve Ă  1,5 km du condo sur la route 321. En arrivant Ă  Gatlinburg depuis Pigeon Forge, vous tournez au feu de circulation # 3 qui est l'autoroute 321. Allez un peu moins d'un mile et le Gatehouse est sur la droite.

The condo was conveniently located close enough to the strip for a short drive but far enough away not to be bothered with noise. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and we felt very safe.

Condo was great! Very clean and spacious. Mattresses are a bit hard for our liking. Little noisy due to the street behind the building. Unfortunately we were there during a car show with very noisy cars. Would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as listed. The toddler was in love with all of the bears. Condo was very clean, well appointed with everything you need, and very quiet. Plenty of extra pillows. Lots of towels. There is also a cot which we used for her in the main bedroom with us. There is a screen door on the sliding glass doors so you can listen to the creek without the bugs coming for you. We played in the creek & swam in the pool. You are within walking distance of tons of shops & things to do like Ripley’s Aquarium & Anakeesta. Watch out for bears. We literally almost walked into one hours after we arrived as it came down the stairs of a building we were walking past. It stopped and looked at us, then walked on across the road while we stood there in complete shock lol Herbert Holt park is a few mins drive away. She loved the playground & played in the river while we watched a bear play on the other side. Children under 12 can also fish there. Two eagles were in a nest a little ways from where the bear was swimming. They were very vocal so she got a kick out of that. Can’t think of a single con except as others have mentioned the rooms really need some blackout curtains/shades. Especially the front bedroom. Also mentioned was the tight parking. Our F150 King Ranch fit. Just couldn’t use the back door because of the pillar. Martha is quick to respond if you need her. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

This is such an awesome condo. It’s very spacious and in a quiet part of Gatlinburg. We felt very safe. The walk from the condo to the main strip is just a short walk. The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space. The balcony is huge with table and chairs. We had a wonderful time. We would most definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much!

Great place!

This condo was everywhere it was made out to be. I had internet problems so I didnt get the check in information and the owner was so amazing about responding to text messages so we could still get into the condo. The property itself was super clean. We used the pool everyday and that was also very clean. Location was perfect as well! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was even better than indicated. We went to Gatlinburg for a 3 day concert, the proximity to the convention center was just 2 miles. The close location allowed us to zip through the backroads, to and from the convention center, in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the owner was clear and prompt from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just minutes from Gatlinburg’s main strip with all the shops and restaurants, and central to so many beautiful hiking trails.Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this property absolutely exceeded our expectations. We visit the Smoky Mountains every year, and sadly the places we’ve stayed in recently haven’t been very clean. This one was spotless—truly the first place in years where I felt totally at ease walking around barefoot. That alone made a huge difference for us.We also loved the large patio, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The calming sound of the nearby creek made it even more peaceful—such a great way to unwind in the mountains.There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling on top of each other. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolute Charm

Love this location! In Gatlinburg and so close to everything yet still away from the constant hustle and bustle. Great property and owner was so sweet. Communication was superb. Definitely interested in returning to this location as G-burg is like a 2nd home to my family. The oversize balcony was EVERYTHING! Not only can you watch the sun rise over the mountains but you can look towards downtown and watch the sun line get closer as the sun came up!

Perfect for Relaxation

Martha & Colen have gone out of there way to truly provide a Home away from Home atmosphere. From the Teddy Bears who greet you the moment you arrive, to Babbling Brook that calms you when you relax on the Balcony, this is where you want to be. They have furnished their Condo with every convenience you will want or need. Most rentals only have chairs and a sofa, where this Condo has 2 Recliners that enable you to put your feet up and relax after a long day of hiking - Absolutely Perfect! The 2 King size beds prevent any arguments over who gets the "Big Bed". And the whole Living area is just so very accommodating. And the Condo is near everything. The entrance to the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and their Trolly System, or a short drive over to Pigeon Forge or Dollywood. Just decide where you want to go and how you want to get there and you're off on your adventure very quickly. Don't make the mistake of passing this gem by. It will be everything you want and need your vacation rental to be.
