Nuestra hermosa casa de playa se encuentra en Bawley Point, en Rosemary Avenue, a unos 500 m de la playa de Gannet ya poca distancia a pie de las playas de Cormorant y Murramarang.

La casa ofrece 3 dormitorios con una cama Queen en el dormitorio principal, literas que comprenden 1 x doble con una cama individual en el segundo dormitorio y un doble con una sala de día y noche en el dormitorio trasero. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

Hay 2 baños y una cocina grande. La casa también tiene un patio privado con una terraza para su uso. El patio está vallado y los perros son bienvenidos.

Extremely welcoming with all possible needs anticipated and provided for. So much has been done to make guests feel at home, My dogs loved the backyard. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

A Lovely Peaceful Location

We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again. Very convenient location and easy access to the beach. Fantastic communication with the owner and nothing was a problem.

Good place to stay in a great location

The house is unassuming from the street but is well done inside and out the back. It has a big kitchen, a comfy lounge and shaded backyard deck.

Comfortable Aussie beach house

Very enjoyable stay at Bawley Point. Two couples, comfortable,roomy beach house, with the beach at the end of the road. Very much the Aussie beach/summer experience. Easy communication with the owner.

Great location and comfortable house

The house is only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is roomy, comfortable with a shady deck out the back and a safe and secure yard for dogs. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and will be back again.

Great location; comfortable and relaxing getaway home

This was the perfect winter getaway for us. Excellent location, just a short walk to gorgeous beaches. The house is very comfortable with warm winter sun shining through the wisteria vine, creating a relaxing and comfortable feel. The house and hosts are genuinely welcoming to you and your furry friends.

Lovely home in walk to beach location. Great for pets, well closed in rear garden and comfy beds and couches. Perfect and quiet location, with handy local IGA. Highly recommended.

Tranquil Haven Near Beaches Galore!

Enjoyed our stay in this well set up home within walking distance of several beaches. Quiet haven to relax and recharge while hearing the waves roll in. Great for our pet dachsie inside and out too! Owners lovely with excellent communication. Would definitely be keen to come back to this lovely home.

Lovely family house minutes from beach

Peter and Liz's house is a cosy, comfortable and well-equipped family home in an incredible location. We had mixed weather so we were glad of the games, puzzles and smart TV in between exploring the local beaches. Beautiful garden with heaps of birdlife and even a kangaroo bounced down the road! Peter was helpful and friendly

Classic old beachhouse

Good feel to the place and area. Comfortable. Great place to bring my two Labradors for walks on the beach. All settled in well.

Very comfy holiday home

We had a lovely week staying at this property. It's got everything you'll need, and has lots of personal touches. Very comfortable. It's in a great location very close to lovely beaches. You might need to bring extra wood though - there wasn't a lot there and we ended up buying our own. Highly recommended.

A true beach house

This house is fabulously located, so close to the beach. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Peter was brilliant at communicating and provided a fabulous guide with the house. Luci's up the road provided a yummy breakfast, and if you ask my son, the Nutella Bombs from the local bakery are the "best ever".

Great beach house for the family

Our stay at the beach house was very enjoyable. The house has everything you need and is very close to various beaches. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed listening to all the old CDs. Communication with the owner was excellent. If bringing a dog just be aware that both the garden gates are only at waist height which our medium sized Groodle could easily jump over. Overall we had a great holiday here.

Charming - homely and well furnished beach house

This was my first time down to Bawley with my dog and I was delighted to be able to stay at the Beach House on Rosemary. For a winter visit, the place provides a warm (combustion stove) and friendly atmosphere with touches of home still there by the owners. I was impressed with cosy furnishings, the close proximity to the beach and the easy walking distance to the cafe. I would recommend it for other solo travellers noting that it also has additional bedrooms that could be used for a larger group. My pooch was pretty happy there as well.

Simple and relaxing

I recently stayed at this property with my two adult sons and our family dog. We needed somewhere to go to relax, reflect, and wind down after a recent family loss. I had stayed there previously so I knew it would be perfect for me. My sons now agree - it's just what we needed - simple, clean, close to beautiful beaches, and very dog friendly. Thank you again.

Perfect location as to closeness to the beach.

Home had everything we needed. The only thing was the abundance of personal items left stuffed in every drawer. There was no room for us to put our things. We were able to make due. Just a tad messy. But lots of convinces like salt and pepper etc. that was nice. We really enjoyed our time there as we had family right down the street. 😊

Absolute Paradise

Three houses from the beach, fully equipped home, fireplace, walking distance to beach and shops - glorious. This little piece of paradise is a “home”, not a house. It had everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing time. The local area is has good amenities and the locals are friendly. The beach is minutes away and absolutely beautiful. The owner of the property called to ensure we were all settled in and very supportive in the booking process. We will definitely be back with our dogs who had a better time than us I think. A beautiful little spot to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Highly recommend the property.
