Bawley Sands boast’s the area’s only pool. We love the beach but there’s nothing better than reclining poolside after a long morning surfing & swimming. Wash off the salt & sand in the outdoor shower while the Lorikeets squabble in the grevillea’s. The covered private north facing outdoor area doubles the the size of living area with enough shade in summer & warmth in winter.

On entry you’ll be greeted by the open plan living area, filled with light echoing from the polished concrete floor’s, the high ceiling’s make his space feel extra roomy. Watch the kids frolic in the pool through the kitchen bay window while preparing a meal. This brand new kitchen is appointed with new cook top, oven, range hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine & more. We’ve thought of everything in this chef's kitchen so you can be the perfect entertainer.

The breakfast bar links the kitchen & dining, comfortable seating 4, while the 8 seat dining table means there’s plenty of room for more.

The open lounge completes the living area, furnished with tan leather couches by the log gas fire keeping you toasty while snuggled up with a glass of red during the cooler months. The TV is Netflix ready & surround sound system is ready to play your favourite Spotify mix. The whole area is cooled by dual fans… What more could you want?

This open plan living area flows seamlessly onto the rear outdoor area through double sliding doors. Natural privacy is provided by the thick grevillea’s which frame the pool & surrounds. The 3 seperate outdoor area’s are joined in harmony. Sunbake poolside or soak up some rays on the north facing outdoor lounge at breakfast while watching the birds. Enjoy a beer while sparking up the BBQ watching the kids swim or settle into a great arvo grazing at the 10 seat outdoor dining area. This means you can move freely across all living area’s anywhere, anytime.

The main bedroom is king size with built in robes. The plantation shutters allow the right light anytime of day & the ceiling fan will cool you on those Summer nights

The second bedroom is also a king (No fighting if family’s are sharing) with built in robe. This also includes shutter’s & fan. Both sets of bed’s can be spit into king single’s if needed making this accommodation super versatile.

Bedroom three has double bunks sleeping 4 kids with dresser.
We'll also added a wall mounted smart TV so the kids entertain themselves in their own space.

All bedrooms are provided with Linen.

The bathroom has been modernised with freestanding bath & shower complete with heat lamps & heated towel rack. The vanity is roomy with plenty of space for your toiletries. We also provide a bath towel for each guest.


The Laundry/ Lavatory is easily accessed from both indoor & outdoor & has washing machine & sink for longer stays as well as extra toilet. We also have a hills hoist washing line & dryer available on request

The outdoor shower can be used year round. Whether washing the salt off your steamer after an early surf or rinsing off after a late night dip in summer.

Wrap around verandah’s cover the whole house which means you can access all area's in all weather & keep shaded any time of day in summer.

We also offer a lock up garage with electric roller door. The can be accessed from both front & rear of house. Ideal to park your car, store luggage or keep your sporting gear while staying.
