Welcome to the Davey House! Our home is located in a historic neighborhood in Walla Walla, surrounded by mature trees and steps away from the heart of downtown. The wrap around porch is a wonderful place to relax after a long day with a glass of wine, or for an evening meal. You can also enjoy a spectacular view from the second floor veranda overlooking the street below!
Our home was built in 1881 and has recently been updated and renovated throughout. The Davey House boasts five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The home is spacious and great for family gatherings or couples visiting Walla Walla for wine tours and dining.
Beautiful hardwood floors, original staircase and other notable aspects have been preserved to add ambiance to the home. The backyard is a little sanctuary, with a wonderful canopy of nearby trees. There is a hot tub for those cooler nights, and barbecue and outdoor seating for gatherings. We can comfortably sleep nine people in beds. Your dog is welcome too as the backyard is completely fenced.
The Davey House's location could not be any better. The home is a quick walk to some of Walla Walla's best restaurants and wineries, no need for a car, it is all right within reach! The Davey House has a rich history in Walla Walla, and is centrally located in one of Walla Walla's fine historic neighborhoods. You can take a stroll up Palouse street for the "Walla Walla Tour of Homes," or walk a bit further toward town, and you will arrive at Whitman College's Campus. We hope our home will be a place you desire to return to year after year.
