Beautiful apartment in a small 5-unit residence.
With its independent entrance from outside, it's ideally located, both close to nature for forest escapades and close to the access road to the ski slopes.
This two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet residence, with a small balcony offering a soothing south-facing mountain view, exposed beams, mansard roofs and a small balcony. The best thing about this apartment is its location. Close to the Route du Honneck, you'll be on the slopes of La Bresse Honneck in no time, with ski shuttles nearby.
In fine weather, the fitness trail is just a few meters away, and if you're feeling brave, you can head straight for the mountains to Lac des Corbeaux.
Its second asset is also its tranquility, both because of its location within a small residence of 5 units with its own totally independent entrance, and because it is set back from all high-traffic roads.
It comprises :
- one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe,
- a second bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers,
- separate toilet with washing machine,
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail,
- a very pleasant, light-filled 22 m² living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, etc.), a lounge area with a convertible sofa bed for two (DTT TV and DVD player), and access to the 4 m² balcony (with a small table and two garden furniture chairs), where you can linger over the natural mountain views with the murmur of the Moselotte river in the background.
For your convenience, a cellar is available for storing your skis and bikes. Two parking spaces are also available.
This is a very quiet area, with good snow clearance in winter.
You can take the shuttle bus to the ski slopes not far from the apartment, and there's even a ski rental service just a stone's throw away. You can take a walk on the fitness trail without taking the car. And there's even a restaurant nearby. Everything within easy reach.
