About this property

BEACH POINT COTTAGE, Pet Friendly, Walk to the Beach and Free WIFI

BEACH POINT COTTAGE: Three bedroom, pet friendly, cottage just 750 metres walk to the beach, or a 4 minute drive to the main st.
BEACH POINT COTTAGE is private and tucked away behind the sand hills over-looking a large park/oval and a walk to the end of the street, a walk over the sand dunes and you are at the promenade bike/walk path. You are only 400 metres to the Flume(surf Beach) so quite often you will be able to hear ocean roar while you lay in bed!
You are also only a 5 minute drive to the whale watching platform.
Beach Point cottage is completely self sufficient including towels, linen and a complete kitchen with dish washer and Laundry. Beachpoint has a newly renovated bathroom with spa and open style walk in shower. Beachpoint cottage also has central heating for those cold warrnambool winters.

We are family focused.

We also allow pets, conditions apply.

Clean, tidy and perfect for our dogs.

Spent a few days here with our dogs. The rear garden and front deck were totally secure and great for the pups.Very clean, comfy bed and good location.Enjoyed our stay.

A great dog friendly get away

Thanks again for a lovely stay (our 2nd at the property). The house is a great Size for our group of 4 singles and our dogs love the backyard freedom and a house that is pet friendly . We had everything we needed and are sure to stay again in the future

We had a great time. Communication was easy and the place had almost everything we would need. Not quite walking distance to beach or shops for little toddler legs, but oval across the road and dog beach nearby great for dogs.

Great family holiday!

Perfect home away from home. We are a family of 4 with a dog. Everyone was comfortable along with the dog who loved sitting on the wooden deck with us. Nice quiet location close to the beach and a nice walk to the shops. We loved our stay. Will be back.
