Located in a pleasant and quiet green stting, come to re energize in nature in our two lodgings, on the border of the Vannes and of one of the most beautiful bays in the world: the Morbihan Gulf,
For hikes and discoveries, we are located at half-way between Quiberon and Arzon.
Our lodgings are perfectly located to discover the beauty of the coastline and the wealth of the Morbihan rural communes.
The site has two not overlooked South facing lodgings in a farmhouse facing nature.
The first lodging can accommodate 4 to 8 and 2 to 6 people with all the comforts.
A pond is available for those who love fishing.



Ideally located half-way between Quiberon and Arzon, the lodgings are 5 min away from Vannes, town by the water side with its abundance of shops, museums, restaurants, architecture and attractions.

The lodging on the 'earth side' has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a shower room, a large dining area, a large lounge and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, barbecue, etc)

The lodging on the sea side is composed of a dormitory with large bed and two single beds with awning and a dining area with sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, mini-oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, barbecue).

For those who love peace and fishing, a pond is available.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances !! Le gîte est parfait pour accueillir des familles, le jardin ombragé, les jeux proposés, il y a tout ce qu'il faut quand on ne part se balader!! L'emplacement du gîte est idéal pour visiter le Morbihan. Stéphane est un très bon hôte accueillant et disponible, Merci à lui pour tout!!

Gite et accueil très sympa

Gîte en vieilles pierres rénové à neuf où l'on se sent comme chez soi, très spacieux à l'intérieur et avec beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur appréciable pour les enfants. Table de ping pong, filet de badminton (avec raquettes à disposition), ballon de foot ont bien occupé les petits et grands. Propriétaire réactif et de bon conseil pour les sites remarquables à visiter alentours (liste établie disponible dans le gîte). Idem pour les commerces. Le gîte est idéalement placé car à la campagne, entre les 2 presqu'îles de Quiberon et de Rhuis, et donc à l'écart des flux touristiques. Tranquillité assurée. Un sentier (à faire à pied ou à vélo) au départ du gîte permet de rejoindre VANNES (env 12kms), la basilique de Ste Anne d'Auray (env 12 kms mais portion de 2 kms en cours d'achèvement en 2020). Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage dans ce gîte.

Un gîte confortable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine dans ce gîte spacieux qui bénéficie de nombreux atouts: pratique, confortable et très bien situé à quelques minutes de Vannes dans un havre de paix face à la nature. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir le Morbihan, superbe département, tourné vers la mer et son golfe mais bénéficiant d’un arrière pays magnifique. La présence d’une piste cyclable au départ du gîte menant jusqu’à Vannes et bientôt à Auray est un vrai point fort. Je recommande vivement.

Un beau gite au calme, bien équipé, spacieux avec terrasse et barbecue. L'entré donne sur une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger. Un grand salon avec télé donne accès à une chambre avec lit double et salle de bain. A l'étage une chambre avec lit double et 1 chambre avec 3 lits simple et une salle de bain. Un super accueil avec pleins de conseils pour passer un agréable séjour en connaissant les meilleurs adresses et site à voir. Merci Stéphane

Un havre de paix

Ce gîte est l'endroit idéal pour qui veut se reposer tout en profitant de toutes les richesses de la région. Très au calme et entouré de champs, les enfants peuvent profiter de la nature en toute tranquillité. Belle balade à faire sur la propriété. Le golfe du Morbihan est à deux pas ainsi que toutes les commodités dont on peut avoir besoin. Excellent accueil de Stéphane! Encore merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Un havre de paix

Une location fidèle à son site internet, aucune mauvaise surprise, un gîte propre, très bien équipe, un accueil au petit soin par le propriétaire Stephane. Un environnement à la campagne face au champs ou paisse les vaches du propriétaire et où l'on se réveille le matin au seul son des oiseaux. Le gîte est très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture de vannes et proche des commerces du village de Plescop. Je le recommande vivement et espère pouvoir y retourner prochainement.
