Large cottage 150 m2, beautiful restoration of an outbuilding, with lounge, fitted kitchen, TV, wifi, dishwasher, linen and dryer, high chair, iron and ironing board, chairs and garden table, Beach umbrella .. )
1 double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can be pushed together and 1 bedroom with 3 beds, and between the two bedrooms 1 ssb

Belle partie de longĂšre, bien situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces. Toutefois, certains points sont Ă  revoir. C’est le cas Ă  l’accĂšs Ă  la location par un trou dans la haie car interdit de stationner dans la cours que l’on voit sur la photo, absence d’éclairage de l’accĂšs la nuit et dalles de la terrasse qui ne sont pas nivelĂ©es et bancales, volets des chambres (ils sont intĂ©rieurs si bien qu’on ne peut dormir fenĂȘtres ouvertes et volets clos). Quelques efforts Ă©galement Ă  faire au niveau de la propretĂ©. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able, partagĂ©e avec les propriĂ©taires avec qui on doit s’arranger sur les horaires d’occupation. Les vacances ont Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ables mais au vu du tarif, nous nous attendions Ă  davantage.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Hortense. Das Haus hat alles, ist groß und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Man sollte wissen, dass das schöne und große Anwesen wirklich mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt. BĂ€ckerei und Lebensmittel sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist auf dem GelĂ€nde, jedoch neben dem Haus des Vermieters, der ihn ebenfalls nutzt und ggf Badezeiten vereinbart. Angeboten wurde aber auch: sobald wir schwimmen wollen, gehen die anderen Kinder aus dem Wasser, was aber auch eine unglĂŒckliche Situation ist, wenn man Kinder verscheuchen muss...Da wir, und unsere Kinder, sich auf einen Pool am Haus und zur eigenen, exklusiven Nutzung gefreut hatten, war das leider nicht so schön. Aber: alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Vannes. Die Stadt und die umliegenden Orte sind wundervoll.Hortense ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur VerfĂŒgung.

Havre de paix

L'arrivée à la propriété est "étonnante" car située dans une zone commerciale ! NEANMOINS, une fois dans la maison, le jardin est une "bulle" de verdure et de tranquilité et la zone commerciale est invisible et inaudible. Et finalement cette zone commerciale devient un atout car toutes les commissions se font à pied (pain frais chaque matin!)

Logement spacieux, bien agencĂ© et lumineux. Équipement de cuisine complet et en bon Ă©tat. Chambres doubles de beaux volumes avec salle d'eau et salle de bain. Literies confortables. Bref, un gĂźte que l'on recommande chaudement aux familles pour une visite de Vannes et du golf du Morbihan. ProximitĂ© des commerces.

Location convenable, spacieuse, mais environnement moyen

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis par les propriĂ©taires. Le gĂźte est confortable, calme, relativement bien Ă©quipĂ© et il peut accueillir une famille. Il est mitoyen sans sĂ©paration nette : terrasse quasi commune avec les voisins. Surtout, ce que les photos ne montrent pas, la maison est dans une zone commerciale, avec les avantages et les inconvĂ©nients de ce genre de localisation : accĂšs direct Ă  la ville et aux Ă©changeurs routiers, mais c'est peu charmant, d'autant que les propriĂ©taires n'ont pas vraiment agrĂ©mentĂ© les extĂ©rieurs ou n'en ont peut-ĂȘtre pas encore terminĂ© l'amĂ©nagement.
