St-TropezとSte-Maximeの中間に位置し、海から800メートルのところに位置し、3000平方メートルの緑の中心にある、プロヴァンスの家族経営の農家です。
4 x 8メートルのプール。 穏やかで甘い人生。 サントロペとその湾の絶景。 2つのベッドルーム、1つはシャワー+美しいメザニン。 wc + separate wc付きのバスルーム。 バーベキューを楽しめる屋根付きのテラス。 夏には、松の木の陰で、またはスイミングプールの端にあるパラソルと夕方の海の前で食事を楽しむことができます。

家は理想的に位置しています。 最寄りのビーチやショップに簡単にアクセスできます。 多くの小さなプロヴァンスの村が隠れていて、他のものよりも絵が美しい、美しいマッシフ・デ・マレスのふもとにあります。 日陰のテラスでの正午の途中降機は本当の治療です。 また、サントロペ、魅力的な市場、有名な砂浜Pampelonneがあります。

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus mit toller Lage und Blick auf das Meer.Im Haus und Küche war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Pool super.Keine Probleme mit Check-in oder hinterher (Kaution). Gerne wieder.

Une demeure rénovée avec le désir de garder l'authenticité du lieu, calme, propre, un jardin magnifique, une piscine très bien exposée et le mobilier de jardin est top, beaucoup de petits coins pour lire et se reposer au milieu d'une végétation superbe, bref un petit joyau! Merci à Maeva pour tout.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le panorama et la piscine sont les atouts majeurs de cette location. La maison est bien équipée et confortable, la déco n'est pas tres moderne mais pour nous, cela n'avait pas d'importance. Seul point negatif : les moustiques !

Eine Traumlage mit Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez

Ein Ferienhaus auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit herrlichem Meerblick von der Terrasse sowie vom Pool auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Es gab einen schön angelegten Pool sowie eine Terrasse als "Außen-Wohnzimmer" mit Essbereich und Lesebereich. Da es in der Zeit sehr heiß war, haben wir die Sonnenschirme sehr geschätzt, die in genügender Anzahl vorhanden waren, und sogar einwandfrei funktionierten. Das Haus selber ist stimmig eingerichtet, hat aber inzwischen eine gewisse Patina angesetzt. Für den heutigen Geschmack ist es innen sehr dunkel. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Übergabe war problemlos und bei kleineren Problemen bekamen wir gleich Rat und Unterstützung. Bei unserer Ankunft waren nahezu alle Küchengeräte erneuert. Unsere Gesamtbewertung ist hervorragend, erstens wegen des herrlichen Meerblicks, und zweitens weil die Vermieter augenscheinlich bemüht sind, den vorhandenen Renovierungsstau schrittweise zu beheben.

Sehr schön

Traumhafter Blick, wunderschönes Grundstück und tolle Lage. Am Haus und im Garten müsste mal wieder Hand angelegt werden, da einige Sachen nicht mehr 100%ig funktionieren oder man die fehlende Pflege merkt.(Waschbecken im Gäste-WC, Glastür Wohnzimmer schließt nicht mehr richtig). Wir haben am ersten Tag erst mal die Haupträumlichkeiten sauber gemacht, da hier noch viel Staub lag und uns das gestört hat.

villa totalement conforme a la description

Tout d'abord un accueil organisé et attentionné avec une dame qui a su nous accueillir parfaitement. Un séjour magnifique dans cette villa complètement conforme aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce. Un authentique mas provençal, le jardin avec ses petits coin de détente et une superbe piscine très bien entretenue et toujours ensoleillée et le point le plus positif restera pour nous la vue magique et dégagée sur St Tropez. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette villa. nous sommes naturiste et cette villa est sans aucun vis a vis. au top !! des parasols partout des chaises et tables pour dejeuner ou diner dans plusieurs endroits autour de la piscine ou a l'ombre et des chaises longues confortables. a recommander sans hésitation

Very charming house with a spectacular view

We stayed for two weeks. Ideal for a family with two or three kids. Located very quitely in the hills of Port Grimaud. Access to beach in about one kilometer. The view is spectacular. You can sit for hours and just watch. Very nice holiday.

Belle Villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce petit coin de paradis avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le golfe de St Tropez. L'endroit incite au repos et au farniente au bord de la piscine ou à la flânerie dans le jardin très varié et bien aménagé. La Villa, un mas provencal situé dans un clos privé, est très bien entretenue, full équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La localisation est un parfait compromis entre le calme et la vie trépidante de la côte d'Azur. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. Nous avons qu'un seul regret, ne pas y être resté plus longtemps.

Villa de famille trés agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans cette villa qui est restée dans "son jus" telle une vieille maison de famille. Située dans un domaine privé, cette villa nous a offert une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Saint Tropez. La piscine et le jardin en dénivelé ont fait le bonheur de mon fils de 7 ans... qui ne voulait plus quitter la villa...exception faite pour aller à son cours de voile à Port Grimaud. En effet, tous les matins je le déposait en voiture en moins de 10 min. Je conseille vivement cette villa, qui je trouve est bien située et très agréable à vivre. N.P.

Ver ynice garden, pool and envirement

We had a wunderfull summer holiday in July 2015 during the hotest summer we can remember. The garden and pool I can describe just as almost perfect. In addition the view to the St. Tropez bay is amazing. We spent most of the time outside. The nice region around the bay and restaurants near by helped to have a perfect stay. The weather was extremly hot and we all were dreaming of an AC in the house. I guess this will not be the case every summer. The interior is rather rustic and old, but well compensated by the the terrasse, garden, pool and view. Didier was very supportive. We would book it again for period with nice weather to benefit from being outside. ES

Villa tranquille et vue imprenable

Villa traditionnelle totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Pas de mauvaise surprise au rendez-vous. La piscine est correctement entretenue et très agréable. Il est possible d'aller à la plage à pied (700 m) via l'entrée au camping des Prairies de la Mer. Notre seul souci a été les moustiques dont les piqures sont très virulentes dans cette zone.

BE AWARE – This house has a nice view, but…

• The deposit will NOT be paid back upon departure (even if the owner told you so earlier). The payback of the deposit can according to the contract be delayed up to 4 weeks. • You will not be allowed to participate in the final check. This means the owner, the cleaning lady or the next tenant can blame you for anything. Quoting the owner, he thinks it is ”necessary to check quietly”. • One and a half day after our departure we were accused of having cause several damages. The owner deducted over two hundred from our deposit against our consent. And from a 3000 km distance, it was impossible for us to prove our innocence. • The owner will spy on you. In our case, he complained about some lights in the bathroom and the car parking. Quoting the owner: ”Our neighbor tells us that you left the lights on all night, this is unconsciousness. You obviously have no respect for anything! Will you do that at home?” • You will be held responsible for all dirty kitchenware, even if you didn’t use them. • The house was poorly cleaned and smelled from mould. There were black tufts of hair, probably from a dog, and the big carpet upstairs would be interesting to analyze in an chemical lab. • There is a penalty per hour for “late arrival” (even if this is not stated in the contract). When we refuded to pay more than what was resonable for the cleaning lady to get back to the house and hand over the key she got furious and shouted at us. The reason for our late arrival was a broken foot and a doctor’s visit. We called 4h prior to our arrival to prepare her for this – in vain. So if you don’t want to spend an unknown amount on an over-furnished, overpriced house with a neglected garden and a volatile cleaning lady – GO ELSEWHERE

Une villa authentique et pleine de charme

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette villa idéalement située : suffisamment en retrait du trafic pour être au calme, tout en restant proche de la mer (12 minutes à pied) et des villages provençaux pleins de charme. La villa est agréable en tous points, la vue sur la baie de St Tropez très agréable ... L'accueil chaleureux de Sabrina permet de vitre prendre ses marques et profiter pleinement des nombreux atouts de la villa. A recommander sans hésitations.

Excellent séjour Juillet 2013

Nous y avons passé seulement une semaine mais nous en avons bien profité! La vue sur la baie de Saint Tropez est magique, la piscine et ses abords avec sa table de jardin pour déjeuner devinrent vite le centre de vie de toute la famille. Plein de recoins, le jardin est suffisamment grand pour y être tranquille et ne pas souffrir des bruits du voisinage. Nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien que nous n'avons pas eu envie d'aller sur les plages bondées! Saint Tropez (avec son marché le mardi matin), Sainte Maxime, Grimaud ne sont pas très loin mais pour les 2 premières mieux vaut y aller tot pour ne pas pris bloqués dans les embouteillages! L'accès aux commerces tant vers Port Grimaud, Cogolin ou Grimaud est facile.

super accueil , tres belle villa de famille.un calme absolut parking privée pour 2 voitures une vue imprenable sur st tropez de nombreuses terrasses . superbe piscine ,un grill. a noté boulangerie a 7 mn en voiture. 10mn de la foux et son centre commercial. traversee par bateaux pour st tropez de port grimaud nous avons passé 15 jours de bonheur repos total. ont y reviendra tres certainement. bonnes vacances
