Fully renovated house within the private and secure Beauvallon Bartole estate. It is located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, near the Beauvallon golf course and Guerrevieille beach (3 minutes by car).

The house has a private swimming pool. A pool maintenance service is provided once a week.

Safety system: safety cover with bars.

The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi (for leisure use). It has four beautiful bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds), two of which have en-suite bathrooms.

There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub.

Two toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs).

Spacious and bright living and dining room open onto a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, filter coffee makers and Nespresso machine, toaster). Laundry room adjoining the kitchen with a washing machine.
Large terrace with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Garden furniture (table for 8, 4 deck chairs, 4 armchairs, and 4 sun loungers), barbecue.

Television (international channels).
Parking for 4 cars.

Linens available for an additional fee.

A travel cot available upon request.

Available for a minimum of one week in July and August.

Maison très fonctionnelle et quelle vue!!

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipé , très pratique avec un beau petit jardin, une piscine idéalement, placé le terrain de boules et un système de climatisation global très performant et sans aucun bruit.. et qu’elle régale de pouvoir déjeuner dîner ou prendre son petit déjeuner avec cette vue, magnifique magnifiques sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez

Sehr komfortabler Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht

Wir hatten einfach perfekte Urlaubszeit in dem Haus verbracht, gute Lage, abseits vom Trubel, unvergesslicher Blick auf gesamte Bucht von Sant Tropez (auch von 4 SZ und WZ). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Matratzen, Badezimmer, 2 Zimmer verfügen über Duschbad, WC separat, Klimaanlage. Grimaud bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (auch bequem mit dem Fahrrad). Preis Leistung stimmt einfach. Wir kommen wieder.

Un coin de paradis

Presque tout en haut du domaine se trouve la maison, ce qui permet d’avoir une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est très propre, rénovée avec goût, parfaitement équipée et au calme. Tout est parfait pour un séjour reposant et ressourçant avant d’attaquer la saison d’Automne. Communication parfaite avec les hôtes. Une adresse à conserver pour les prochaines fois !

Wonderful stay with an amazing view

We had a wonderful stay in this very lovely villa with an amazing view! The villa is perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet& safe and the seaside very near (just 3min by car). The beautiful old village Grimaud is near, also famous Port Grimaud, Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez. The garden and the different terraces were perfect for nice summer bbq evenings. The house is lovely situated in the hills near Grimaud and the wind and mild climate without the noise and heat from the beaches and seaside roads was just perfect for a relaxing family holiday! The landlords were extremely helpful and friendly! Furthermore, the house was perfect clean! We will definitely visit again!
