Lovely stay in Rye

This is a great property, fantastic location, clean, roomy and comfortable. Amanda is lovely, and takes great care of the place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, the BBQ was clean and ready to use, the air conditioning works well, overall a great stay in a great property.

Great location, beach right across the road. Shops, restaurants, cafes all within a short walk. House was comfortable, has an old charm. House was super clean, comfortable bedding. We would stay again.

Location is 10/10. Host was welcoming & lovely. House was neat & clean, however, the mish mash of furniture and knick knacks made house feel a bit cluttered.Some essential items that were expected and usually found in rental homes, ie: supply of toilet paper, was not provided (luckily Woolthworths is literally across the road!)Internet not the best, WiFi hit & miss. Despite all that we had a good stay

Cozy stay close to the beach

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay at this place and it was very convenient to the Shops near by. It was very pleasent experience dealing with Amanda, she is very friendly to us and booking process was smooth. The house is very clean and it was very warm feeling to us. If you are looking for your next visit to Rye please book at Ozone Cottage.

Perfect Easter break

Our first trip to the Mornington Peninsula was highlighted by our accommodation in the Ozone Cottage. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room including a nice outdoor area. The location was great, across the road to the beach and shops just around the corner. Amanda was very friendly and helpful.

Superb location to Woolies and beach

Amanda was so kind and helpful even before we arrived. She was prompt in replying to our queries. Her place is so clean and beautifully decorated. We love how we can simply walk to Rye beach and back. The place also has a big place for bbq and near many eateries. Cannot wait to go back and stay longer. Only thing is we cannot find the dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid but doesn't really affect us that much. Thanks Amanda for your sweet gesture upon check out. :>

Great getaway near Rye front beach

Great 3 bedroom 2 living area getaway near Rye front beach - walking distance to this beautiful foreshore which also has an off-lead dog friendly stretch and walking distance to cafe, shops and across the road from Woolworths loading bay. This is the one reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars - Woolworths trucks unloading are noisy at night and bed in 3rd bedroom creaks every time you move! Other than that comfortable beds, spacious bathroom & 2 toilets, outdoor eating area seats 6, can seat 9 and enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with host. Thanks.

Convenient Location

Loved our stay at Amanda's lovely property. It was clean and had a real country style cosiness to it. With the supermarket and shops just a few steps away from the property, we could not have asked for a better location. the beach is also around 100m away, so it was an easy walk to laze around at the beach. We barely used the car on our 5 night trip, as we were able to walk to most places. Thanks again Amanda, for the great stay down at the peninsula.

Perfect getaway for a young family

The convenience of the location to coffee/beach/supermarkets/playgrounds is hard to beat! The house was immaculate and it really suited our young kids who need to run/cycle around safely. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect house and location!

We recently stayed at the house. Loved everything about it. House was nice and clean. Owners were fantastic to deal with, prompt and courteous. So closed to beach, shops and Safeway which was excellent . Would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Wonderful location

It's our first time using Stayz to find our accomodation and I can say that it's a fantastic first time! The house itself has that old feeling but with modern amenities. Overall it was clean but I gave it 4 stars for the reason that I saw 2 small cockroaches and 2 spiders. But other than that, all is well. The location was wonderful. The shopping centre was just across the road and the beach was at least 5 minutes walk, depending on your speed. We had a wonderful time during our stay.
