From the welcoming bear at the front door to the colorful bird houses in the trees off the back deck, Family Time offers the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends. This luxury 5 bedroom 3 bath cabin is located in the heart of Hochatown in the Kaniatobe Trails South area near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend Resort Park. You’ll be close to all area attractions and within easy walking distance of popular restaurants and hangouts – Grateful Head Pizza, Blue Rooster, Girls Gone Wine, Abendigos and more!

But you may not want to leave the cabin! Family Time has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room area open to each other making it easy for guests to gather and fellowship whether relaxing on the sofas or preparing dinner for the family. Plus it’s all on one level with no stairs to climb, inside or out.
Sleeping arrangements for Family Time include 5 King bedrooms. The cabin has 3 Full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with double sinks and a walk-in tile shower. Two King bedrooms located on the east side of the cabin share a bath. Two King bedrooms located on the west side of the cabin also share a bath.

The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator and electric range. Family Time has beautiful custom alder cabinetry and rich granite countertops. You'll find all the (fiesta) dinnerware, cookware, flatware and glassware you need to prepare and serve a meal for your family. Every gadget and tool needed to create a chef’s masterpiece can be found in this well-appointed kitchen. Family Time even has a Kitchenaid stand mixer for those who really like to cook!

The living room area of Family Time has plush leather sofas perfect for watching TV with (DirecTV programming) on the large flat screen or enjoying the convenient gas fireplace. The cabin is also equipped with Sonos surround sound. All you need to do is download the Sonos app and you can play your own music. There are also flat screen TV's and DVD players in each of the bedrooms.

When you venture outside, you'll find a large, relaxing hot tub seating 6 or 7 guests and located under the covered porch. The cabin has a gas grill perfect for the grilling master of your group to test their skills. Get the family together for a horseshoe tossing tournament or ladderball! There is plenty of seating outdoors for guests both on the porches and deck – a front porch swing, back porch rocking chairs, picnic tables and bistro tables, not to mention ample seating around the firepit area adjacent to the cabin. (Firepit firewood not provided but is offered for sale, delivered to the cabin prior to your arrival.) Family Time also has a large playground area with a playfort, monkey bars, and sandbox. The deer feeder draws deer, birds and other critters for your watching pleasure. Entertainment is provided for all ages!!

For those who want to stay connected, Family Time offers FREE WIFI to guests. Note: WIFI in the Hochatown/Broken Bow Lake area is not always reliable.

Occupancy: Comfortably sleeps 10 guests (adults, children & infants);
maximum 12 guests (adults, children & infants), with additional bedding to be provided by guests.
Exceeding maximum occupancy regardless of age of guests will result in additional charges and possible cancellation. OVERCROWDING OF CABIN IS NOT ALLOWED.
