1. No smoking in the unit 2. No pets allowed 3. No durian in the unit 4. No religious ritual (ie. burning of incense) in the apartment. 5. Guests are request to keep the apartment clean at all time. There is a designated garbage collection area at Level 3 car park area. Guest may use additional garbage bag that available in the kitchen drawer 6. Guests are advise to quite down after 10.30pm so that other residents will have a quite time for rest. 7. Guests are require to wear proper swimming attire when using swimming pool. You will deny from enter the swimming pool if not wearing proper swimming attire. 8. Pls do not wear street shoes inside the unit. 9. Please switch off all the power switches when not in use or when you check out. Let's play our part to save our mother earth. 10. Penalty (no ceiling price) will be imposed for those who break one of the above house rules or damage our properties.
