Deluxe newly renovated tropical oasis !!!!


The beach theme townhouse is directly opposite the beach with a safe lights crossing . The place has an open plan style where kitchen flows into the lovely light filled lounge area overlooking landscape tropical gardens. As many people have commented the house Is presented like a homely feel and has all the creature comforts for you to enjoy .


Family / couple /social group retreat !!!!


The upstairs bedrooms one has a bunk bedwith a double down the bottom is single up top. The other bedroom can be either used as a second lounge room equipped with a double fold out couch. It has a balcony overlooking tropical gardens . Upstairs bathroom inc deep bath tub .

Upstairs bed/ couch best suited for kids. Bedding for fold out couch in cupboard. All bedding has quality mattresses. Please note


The living and dining areas are open plan with couches overlooking the gardens and opens up to outdoor deck . The place has large ceiling to floor to ceiling Windows that allows lots of natural
light. We have a beautiful fire place that radiates alot of heat out on those cold nights.

New kitchen with stove bench top .

The large downstairs master bedroom has a new ensuite overlooking tropical gardens .

The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic cooking utensils, oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, and other basic supplies tea coffee and other condiments you can use.
New L'or twin coffee machine - coffee pods provided.

Down stairs there is powder room no shower next to the laundry. Under the stairs is the vacuum cleaner and portable clothes hanger.
There is also a single garage That fits a medium sized car plus bonus car spot through front gate . There is other street parking available. Guest parking offered at the back of the unit but only for day visits.
We have internet connection and netflix .

Opposite the beach

House is very comfortable and next to the beach. We came to visit our family in Seaford. Location is perfect for us. We enjoyed the stay and hope to come back soon

Place was very nice but very squishy, interior design was excellent.. it’s inspired us to put LED light strips in our bathroom. Communication wasn’t the best.. we couldn’t get in when we arrived & had to ask the neighbours for the owners number to get inside, there was a door code we didn’t know about. We also had to clean the kettle thoroughly due to limescale at the bottom, the cleaners don’t check that apparently. Overall it was a pleasant stay though, I’d recommend it for a couple or a small family weekend getaway.

Great weekend escape

Great experience

The accomodation is in a great location, close to everything you need and a short drive into Frankston. It is clean and homely and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay, would definitely book again.

Netball nationals

Lovely week in Seaford/Frankston at the Australian netball nationals. Great place to stay for my husband and parents. Easy and convenient to Jubilee Park with only a short commute each day. Beach walks and a supermarket across the street - bonus.

Better then expected

We had a great stay, just before arrival we discovered that 3 nights would be to short and managed to extend our stay with 2 days. Communication was great and swift. House is more then compleet and exceeded our expectations. I truly recommend this house. Thank you Jacqui and Danny

Ideal for short or long stay

Very nice property next to the beach. Car parking very tight if you have a bigger SUV but Ok. House is very comfortable and 200m from Woolworths. Would recommend especially if you are visiting the Mornington Peninsular.

Great stay

We had a very comfortable stay, with everything we needed. This place felt very welcoming, and nice to have things like a rear garden to relax, things like washing powder, food wrap, foil, and bbq cooking tools.

Just perfect!

The host Jacqui is very helpful and replied to all our questions promptly and efficiently. The house itself was super-clean, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and partly felt more like a luxury hotel (wonderful shower !! fluffy towels) than a rented house. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is spacious and all the tropical plants around it give the house a „jungly“ feel. A big supermarket selling everything you might need is vitually a two-minute walk away and the dunes of the beach are just across the highway. You hear the traffic on the street on the terrace side of the house, but it dies down at night. Overall, a definite recommendation and many thanks again to Jacqui !

Happy family place

Our family have a happy time at this place, Excellent location, 2 mins walking distance to the beach and Woolworths. 10 mins drive to Frankston Bayside shopping centre. To our surprise, the house is full of nature light and air flow is very good. We want to special thank for the host’s immediate response when we have difficulties with check in progress. Maybe host can consider to add a clothes dryer in future.

Weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend. Such a lovely place, just across the beach. The townhouse is nice and clean. Will stay here again when visiting the area.

Great spot

Well suited to family. Close to shops and right across from beach with easy access. All amenities well provided and we especially loved the outdoor shower - so convenient. All in all, a great place to getaway for summer!

Good location!

Close to the beach - central to East Melbourne/Mornington Peninsula locations. Probably more suitable to two people than our two couples, but very nicely presented flat. On major street, so a bit noisy, but easy to get everywhere - grocery store a 2 minute walk - motorway on-ramp just down the street. Owners SUPER-easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommended!

Short stay in Seaford.

This is a lovely property, well equipped with all your needs for a short break or several weeks holiday. Closebto the beach and local facilities. The beach is clean and quiet with white sands and crystal clear sea water.
