We had a great time at this property. Well appointed Quiet 14th floor location friendly staff at property. 4 min walk across Jimmy Buffet way to the beach.Pools were a tad cool (nothing the owner has control of!) Clean and very spacious for our group of 6.Location/location, location. 10 min from Bal Harbour.3 min to Aventura MallExcellence!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location right in the middle of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Everything was as described and has a great view from balcony

Good time

Overall, we had a nice stay. During our weeklong stay, the fire alarm was pulled twice in the middle of the night making us evacuate the condo. Not the property owner‘s fault, just annoying. The bedrooms get pretty hot and the kitchen and living room are ice cold, but we were out and about most of the time so this wasn’t too bad of an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The building was only a short walk to the beach and in an area that wasn’t overly crowded. Very family friendly!

Flight into Ft. Lauderdale cruise out of port of Miami nice spot right in the middle. Perfect for what we needed.

Very nice stay

Sergio was very helpful during the process of checking in, which is a bit confusing and unclear, but he was very responsive in guiding us through the process. Access to the pool was a nice amenity and the view was excellent.

Nice location, easy to communicate with the property manager, but a little bit scarce in cleanliness and toiletries. Overall a good stay.

Great location and amenities

It was a great stay. We had few minor hiccups (elevator, no kitchen sink water, and the garage opener stopped working), but the host/facilities were very quick to respond. I was especially impressed by how the host Sergio responded to my messages. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The property was really nice with a great view of the bay. It did not offer any visibility to the ocean. Which wasnt a major issue because the view was still nice. He was kind and responsive. Anythings i needed about check in or datesmade it possible and responded while on the trip

Spacious appartement, friendly owner

The appt is well situated, the building and the interior facilities seem a little tired ( Gym). The appt is very spacious and was clean. Dishwasher tabs , bottle opener, detergent needed to be purchased. Sergio the owner was very friendly and replied quickly to any question.

Getaway with a view

Lobby and unit was very modern and comfortable. Unit is right next to elevator connected to parking garage which was soooo convenient. Very spacious and clean. You need a key to enter the building, unit, and parking garage so I felt very safe. Pool was also nice and there were beach chairs in the closet to use as well which was nice. There was a check in fee that wasn’t included in the description. Overall great stay thank you.

Wonderful!!!

The beautiful condo was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning worked great! Huge plus. And what’s more, it was so amazingly sparkling clean top to bottom. Outstanding! The owner was superb with instructions and correspondence. The area is beautiful and felt safe the entire time. Easy access to main roads and lots of awesome dining and shopping. I would most definitely stay here again and highly encourage others to do the same. It was wonderful! Thank you!!

charged us an extra $50 to check in. Not all too expensive given how much we paid for the rental, but I'd rather them post that or have it in the description. Building was just okay. Very strange vibe all around. 6/10.

Family vacation

Overall was a great place to stay and Sergio was easy to work with and quick to fix problems with parking and remotes that came up. Only complaints would be lacking in household items. We only had 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, no hot pad holder, no dish rag, and no extra towels. We stayed a week do maybe people dont stay that long. The area was great and nice areas all within walking distance. Pool was great with yhe kids and friendly staff. Great time in Miami.

Nice apartment, good location and the response of the host was outstanding.

Good experience. The apartment has some problems like that shower in one of the bathrooms does not work well and some kitchen supplies are needed. The mop and the broom are dirty with lots of hairs and dirt. The response of the host was great: very fast and receptive of the requirements.

I like everything about this property. The property was Very Clean, Spacious, alot of closet space 2 closet in Front bedroom an a larger closet for the room with the 2 queen beds. I didn't like it didn't have a bedroom in Single bedroom. And No washer an dryer but the did have on on premises. I will definitely rent the property again. The owner was ABOVE AMAZING. Whenever l had a question he was always attentive an prompt. The Staff was all professional friendly and nice. Sergio You an OCEAN RESERVE YOU GET 10⭐

Weekend in Miami

The Pros: The property was very clean and big. The location was awesome. Easy to communicate with the owner. The Cons: the building will charge you a fee to check in and can not tell you what the fee is for. You have to wear a blue bracelet and if you lose it you pay ,however no one ever cheked it. The valets were smoking right by the front door so you walk through smoke going in and out of the building, the unit was not stocked very well. We only had 6 towels and 3 washcloths for 6 people for 3 days. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, we had to buy toliet paper bc there was only a half a roll in both bathrooms.

Pick Another Property

This experience staying at this condo was the worst of any stay I have ever had on any vacation. We got bit every moment we were in the condo. We woke up each day with TONS of bites. It was a nightmare! The showers had mold in the grout, the cooking pans were so over used that the enamel was completely scraped off and you could not even cook in them, the tv screen was cracked in the living room, the plastic chairs were cracked and uncomfortable to sit on, the tv in the smaller bedroom never had a signal so no one could watch it, the master bedroom was so hot even though the air was on, the couch in the living room was so overused it was uncomfortable to even sit on and the outdoor pool was bone dry. Not once were we able to use it. We paid so much money for this place because it had a pool & looked beautiful & we weren’t even able to use it! On top of ALL of the above, the owner sends me a charge for $40 saying we ruined his towels. All we did was use them to shower. He didn’t even provide us with toilet paper. There was one roll and we had to buy it for the rest of our stay. You are also charged a check in fee as soon as you arrive. Please pick another place or leave your vacation full of 100’s of bites and disappointed beyond belief then get home and find out after you went through the nightmare of staying there, you have now replaced all of the towels for the next guest or whatever this owner is in the mood to try to get new from the next people to vacation there!
