Great Comdo

This was a great condo to stay in. The description and pictures are accurate. There were 4 new Tommy Bahama beach chairs when we got there, which we appreciated. Checkin was easy, parking garage was easy. Overall, a great unit. There is a mini store and coffee in building, otherwise you have to drive to everything,

Sunny Isles Beach Stay

Staying here was great for our visit to Hard Rock Stadium! Plus the beaches are great. Fantastic location to get to from FLL.

Exactly as described

At first glance, it would appear the distance between the condo and the beach is too far of a walk. However, once we got there, the actual walk was more than half the time we thought it would take. The condo was fully stocked with necessary and optional utensils. The host was very responsive in all my communications. Overall, I recommend this property for your next family vacation.

Has potential

The lobby was very nice but the apartment could have used a little TLC. The dishwasher was not fastened to the counter so it slipped out from the cupboard every time you opened it. The pool was closed for 4 out of our 7 days. Every time we asked about it they said it will be open tomorrow or in a little bit. 4 days later it opened. The pool was dirty when it finally did open. Steve was great, he was very quick to respond about anything. He told us there was a wagon for trips to the beach and when we got there there was not one. He bought one and had it delivered the next day. That was very nice. If the pool could have been open and clean I’d say we would be back!

Spacious, great setup

The apartment listing is accurate, and it actually seems even bigger in person. Lovely layout in a nice building with a pool and the beach just across the road. Lots of useful things for vacationers and particularly a family (beach chairs, pool toys, etc).

Condo mal équipé et à grandement besoin d’être rafraichit. L’air climatisée offre un rendement inégal. Plusieurs chiens dans cet immeuble qui jappent toute la journée.

Not what we expected

Disappointed is a good word. The toilet would not flush so urin sat in the toilet for the full stay and the bathroom smelled like hampster cage there was no plunger so we had to hog to a neighbor to ask for one and that still did not unplug. (The owner earlier said to me the toilet wasn’t working but they had someone to come fix it. When we arrived it had a sanitized sticker over the seat so we assumed it was fixed ). There was no coffee or tea or sugar for us to make in the morning which was disappointing as we arrived Christmas Eve at 8 pm. The liquid dish soap was extremely water downed and was hard to get dishes cleaned. There was no dishwasher liquid or tabs and the wine glasses were put away dirty. The dishwasher was not secured to the counter or cabinets so it would top over when you opened it. Over all a very run down condo that could use about $500 worth of clean up to make it a great place to stay.

Beautiful Home!

This condo is gorgeous! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, lots of closet space, kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, beach chairs and umbrellas are available, short walk to the beach, playground and pool are great, convenient location. Property manager is very responsive, check in/out process is very easy.
