Amazing host and great house.

Shannon is an amazing host and this is a great home. We loved how fun it was for our kids. Really close to campus, so great for parents weekend.

Beautiful Home

Great home to stay at in the heart of Norman and very close to the campus. Good amenities and clean. Hostess was extremely helpful and the overall stay was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Graduation Weekend

Belmont House was the perfect setting for our family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation from OU. Between the well stocked kitchen, spacious living area and multiple bedrooms, we were able to cook, play games, relax and rest with ease and enjoyment.

Wonderful home and host!

We had the perfect family thanksgiving at this home. Shannon makes sure everything is perfect and that everyone is enjoying their stay. This home is roomy, clean and cozy. We can’t wait to stay in this home again. Very close to OU campus.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We traveled to Norman for my daughter's OU graduation and found Shannon's home to be the perfect spot for us to celebrate and relax while moving the grad and her sister out of the dorm/house to make the trip home for the summer. Shannon provides anything and everything you could possibly need!

Wonderful home for a family to stay

We were a family of 9, from ages of teen granddaughter to grandparents.. We felt very welcoming there and felt so comfortable and at home. We met Shannon who is such a gracious and friendly person.. She was such a help if I had any questions. We were thankful to find this home to stay.. It had plenty of room and so relaxing. Wish we could go back and stay longer! Thank you Shannon and your children for letting us share your home.

Family weekend in Norman

We rented this home for our family get-together weekend to celebrate a wedding and a simultaneous family reunion. We hosted family one night and Shannon was very helpful with the details as we were flying in that day. She even put away groceries that we had delivered that morning! It is a very comfortable house with lots of fun spots for the kids and a great backyard that was used every morning and evening....the kids especially enjoyed the trampoline! Shannon was always available and answered all my calls or texts. Thank you Shannon for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect house!

We rented this house so our family could stay together for OU graduation. The house is perfect. It had plenty of space and very clean. I would highly recommend it and I plan to rent it again in the future!

Great house for large groups

Beautiful, comfortable, great location

We had family coming in from several places for a wedding and decided to stay together in this beautiful home. The kids had a Nerf gun battle, the adults enjoyed great food around the large dining room table, everyone had a comfortable room to themselves. It was a beautiful home that felt comfortable and welcoming. Thank you!

Amazing house with a wonderful host

Shannon greeted us upon arrival and assisted in getting us all set up at her amazing house. My sister was getting married in Norman and my family was able to stay close by. Location was perfect and the house was beautiful. Spacious with fun features for children or for us adult sized children. Highly recommend

Very Best Rental in Norman

Absolutely gorgeous home, immaculate, fully stocked and lots of room to spread out! Shannon was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We celebrated our daughters engagement there and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! Fabulous location and neighborhood! We can hardly wait to come back and never want to stay anywhere else!! Truly a hidden gem with so many personal touches like fresh flowers, gas fire pit, games, and everything you need to entertain. The open floor plan made for a great gathering place and with all the bedrooms it easily slept the 11 of us! We loved everything about the Belmont House!! We highly recommend!
