First floor condo on St Pete Beach. Nothing separates the condo from the sand but a small beach parking area .There is a grill/restaurant,restrooms on the beach.Sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master,2 twins beds in the second bedroom,and a convertible sofa in the living room with a queen size memory foam mattress. Fully stocked kitchen. Complex has heated pool, shuffleboard, and onsite laundry just steps from the back door. There are beach chairs and beach toys you are welcome to use,3 flat screen tv’s.Easy walk to numerous restaurants,shopping.

Great location and plenty of room in condo for mother daughter trip. Location to beach and restaurants was fantastic. Plenty of available permitted parking. Only slight concern was noise from condo above. Walls are thin but would book again!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in town. Condo was well equipped and had beach chairs available. The location well excellent with walking distance to the beach and pool and parking included was great. Management team was friendly upon arrival. The building is under construction so we were worried about noise, but it was limited.

The condo was nice and clean. Well stocked with everything you could need. The beach is a one minute walk. The only down side is the bottom floor. We had two separate groups staying above us and it sounds like a parade on the ceiling. Book the top floor and it will be perfect. It is a dream location and beautiful condos. Nice pool. Just be mindful that the bottom floor is loud .

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked too. There are 10 restaurants within walking distance and the beach was right across the street. I enjoyed the area being away from a main road because it was very quiet at night. We arrived after the office was closed so I called the condo owner for a door code to get in. She answered right away and the next morning messaged me a reminder to check into the office to avoid any parking tickets since the parking all around the building was public. During our stay in October there was a ton of empty parking.

It was my bachelorette weekend and my friends and I were very impressed with this condo! It was so close to everything which was nice because we could either walk or take a short Uber ride to the places we needed to go. We had everything that we needed and if I had any questions, they were answered right away. I would absolutely 100% stay here again!

Great Location

This was our second time at Gulf Winds and being so close to the beach makes things so much better. Too bad the weather wasn’t so great! We liked being on the first floor so much better since we were on the second floor last time. The king bed was comfortable and my family enjoyed the big comfy recliner. The unit was located very close to the laundry area and alleyway for quick loading and unloading. The unit was very well stock with things you would need for your stay.

Great location but the unit itself could use some attention. The linens were clean but much of the rest of the unit was not. There was soap left behind from the previous tenant in the shower, the coffee table was dirty (I cleaned it) and there was something splattered on the wall by the trash can in the kitchen. The kitchen lacked enough glassware (only 3 total glasses). The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we liked being on the first floor so close to the laundry facility. Overall we really enjoyed the area and restaurants.

Amazing location

WOW! St. Pete Beach is a fantastic, friendly beach and this was an awesome location. The easy access to the beach was great. It was so worth it to have a ground floor access, I would not like climbing the stairs but we could hear some noise from the floor above. Other guests were very nice and there were no rowdy folks or parties. The unit was great, clean and well stocked with all you would need for a week at the beach. We had five people, adults and teens, one bathroom wasn't the most convenient but it was never a big issue. The bonus beach gear was very nice to have access to and not have to pack for our trip. This would be a great place to fly into and not worry about packing too much. The shared laundry room is right next door to this unit. We would stay here again.

This condo was so perfect for us, and we wish we could have stayed longer. It is stylish and comfortable, cozy but not cramped. Kitchen had what we needed. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. Being close to Paradise Grill on the beach was super convenient. The unit had great beach chairs to borrow. The pool looked great although we never used it as we preferred beach time. My husband and daughter enjoyed the shuffleboard. I could faintly hear noise from the main street a couple blocks away, but white noise took care of that. We would definitely come back!

Bachelorette weekend

We came here on a bachelorette weekend trip. The location was perfect close to everything. We enjoyed the condo. There were beach chairs a cooler and an umbrella that we used. Check in and check out was super easy and everyone was so nice. We will definitely being staying here again!

The condo is located at the north end of St Pete Beach, tucked away from busy Gulf Blvd yet very walkable to numerous restaurants,shops.150 steps to Upham Beach Park where you will find Paradise Grill for delicious food and drinks right on the beach, cabana and beach loungers for rent, the best white sand, and in just a few steps you will find the Secret Garden- a beautiful tropical garden right on the beach which is open for anyone to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Although the condo is very walkable to numerous restaurants and bars(Toasted Monkey, Boueys, Rick’s Reef,82 degrees) it is located away from any busy streets/ traffic in a very quiet area of the beach.
