1200 square foot three bedroom ranch; first and second bedrooms with queen beds; third bedroom with one full and one twin bed; all bedrooms have large closets, new beds, and new linens; pack and play available; one bathroom with double sinks; second three fourths bath and laundry with adjacent sink in basement; well equipped kitchen, but no dishwasher; dining room seats eight plus; ATT WIFI Internet and UVERSE TV; off street parking available on long driveway; outside area with small fire pit, chairs, and new infrared gas grill; three blocks from HY-VEE grocery, six blocks from the mall, five blocks from city park; free city bikes available in town; ATA bus service available
