It is the house with the lot!

We were extremely impressed with the home. Its grand entrance,beautiful staircase leading to a beautiful kitchen and living area.The view of the treetops and ocean is mesmerising.The kitchen is fully equipped with most things needed for our stay.The 2 fridges was fantastic given it was 2 families staying.The pool was the highlight for the kids as was the table tennis and cinema room (although some adults used this room to escape the kids at time! Haha)We utilised the outdoor shower after beach visits which was a plus.We enjoyed reading some of the books too.During our stay there was some strong winds - this created an issue with the logfire chiminey creating loud booming/rattling noise. It impacted our sleep in the main bedroom (only for one night - thank goodness winds eased the other nights) and watching TV during the day. We think something came loose on the chimney on the roof in the wind. Owner advised that this would get looked at after our stay. Other than this our stay was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! things needed

Just incredible

Stunning home with everything you could possibly ask for. Superbly designed, brilliant heated pool, large backyard. Even a theatre room.The location is a dream. Short walk to Aireys pub, beach and general store. So many great walking and running trails nearby, too.Perfection on every level.

Great place to getaway

Amazing quiet location house is stunning so clean and open. Kitchen is amazing and the view!! Information provided from property manager Jane was great she is very clear and great with replying back very quickly. I will definitely be coming back

Spacious house good for large families, good facilities - kids love the pool, game room and cricket 🏏！Well equipped, contains most of the things we need for our stay, though most of the seasonings provided expired for a long time already. On ground floor the bathroom shared by two rooms but the doors cannot be locked, so that's sometimes inconvenient.

The icing on the cake for our wedding accomodation!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a few days around our daughter’s wedding at Aireys Pub. We really loved the very well equipped kitchen with two fridges ( ideal for the decorating of the wedding cake) as well as the beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms ( with plentiful hot water), living spaces, heated pool to relax in, trampoline and games to keep our grandson busy, and the excellent location. This place really does have everything you need for a great holiday. We had a fabulous wedding at Aireys Pub. People in Aireys were so friendly and accomodating. Jane was very welcoming and generous with the much appreciated late check out. We hope to return soon!

Great place for a weekend away

Beautiful house, exactly as described. The heated pool was incredible as it was a bit too cold for the beach. Plenty of room and activities. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

A fantastic house in beautiful surroundings, accommodates all age ranges for 2+ families/multiple friends. Very well stocked with extras such as pantry/games/ utensils/Apple TV/Amazon Prime in cinema room. Pool was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. The photos on here really don’t do the house justice, it was perfect for us. Will definitely be returning. Jane you were a great host, easily communicated with and very helpful.

We absolutely loved this place!

We absolutely loved this place! Weve stayed in so many houses for a weekend trip and by far this is one of our favourite places! From the moment we got there till we left, we really enjoyed our stay and it felt like HOME! The house is spacious enough for 2 families and the kids loved all the activities the house offers especially the kids zone! The house is in a perfect spot and aireys has so much to offer...it is so close to everything, the beach, cafes and shops. Jane was fabulous to deal with, she has gone above and beyond and shes super accommodating! Thank you Jane! We will definitely come back soon!

Another great holiday!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Jane’s property and we love it. It has everything that a family with either young children or teenagers like ours could need. It is clean and well equipped and Jane is very helpful and a great communicator. Nothing is a problem for her. The property is in a great location - walking distance to the shops, pub and restaurants and close to many beaches. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for an easy getaway on the Surf Coast. We will be back. Thanks Jane.

Great host and fantastic property

My friends and I stayed at Jane’s property for two nights, three days. Jane was a great host - good communication and accommodating. Property was as it appears in the photos - spacious, fully equipped and well presented. Highly recommend!

Excellent property and location, a true gem

Just had a fab stay in this property, with excellent amenities, including 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms , comfy bedrooms with ceiling fans, great kitchen plus butler’s pantry, huge back garden with pool , 2 balconies, table tennis , a theatre room ( too busy to use!) great toys to keep the grandkids amused and walking distance to all that Aireys Inlet has to offer! Easy walking to the beach, lighthouse and trails, local cafes, general store & restaurants. If you are looking to spend some relaxation time with family or friends I would highly recommend this property and the quiet location of Aireys Inlet. It’s a true gem!

Beautiful House in great location

Airey’s inlet is a stunning place to stay and this house offered everything we needed and more. Beautiful swimming pool, 4 large bedrooms with comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms with 4 toilets and two large decks offering both sun and shade options. We loved that everything was within walking distance, we especially enjoyed cliff top and beach walks, Fairhaven beach, Scones at the lighthouse, Airey’s pub and many other great restaurants. Thanks to Jane for being so easy to deal with and helping us book this holiday.

Very disappointing

This house is a great location with access to shops, cafes, attractions. Lots of room and a nice place to get away. However the house had many operational issues and is starting to show some wear and tear. We didn’t want to be difficult and keep calling the owner as there were lots of things that needed fixing we just wanted to enjoy our getaway. Firstly the flyscreen fell on and injured my 3 year olds eye, and owner wanted to try charge me to fix it when parts were rusty, toilet seat broken, projector globe busted, Apple TV not working, remotes had no batteries, dirty dishwasher with food scraps left in it and stunk, pool filter issue, tv in gym not working, Foxtel not connect correctly, empty gas bottle on bbq. After checkout we receive a rude message about excess rubbish which they wanted to charge us $50 additional for each bag, even after pay over $5700 to stay plus a cleaning fee of $250 plus a linen fee of $250. I feel the owners are looking how they can take advantage of extra money they can gain from peoples stay. So many things to offer but sad not much worked.

Amazing property

This house is incredible for a group of friends. We had three families staying and enjoyed the spacious rooms, swimming pool and trampoline! Easy walking distance to cafe and the lighthouse.

Beautifully designed and appointed home

Amazing house, very well designed with two balconies, one capturing morning sun and the other magnificent sunset over the surf coast. Kitchen cleverly setup for entertaining. Great theatre screen for watching the tennis/cricket. Comfortable beds. Short walk to pub/cafe/restaurant/general store. Great backyard for kids...pool was warm, cricket net, hot outdoor shower. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Great location
