Iluka Blue Beach House is close to the Clarence River, Stones throw to Boat Ramp, Co-op and the Iconic Sedgers Reef Hotel. Located behind Beachhouse units off Crown St. Close to riverfront board walk, with protected swimming area and playground. Ideal for children. Easy walk to Main Beach, Supermarket, Bakery, Butcher, Chemist, Newsagency and Bottle Shop. A 2minute walk to the Clarence River Co-Op for your fresh seafood and fish and chips overlooking the fishing fleet and boat harbour.
A very short stroll to the Heritage Listed Coastal Rain Forest Walk through to Bluff Beach.
Take the family on a day trip on the Clarence Head Ferry to Yamba.

We stayed here before. It's a great place with a fantastic big, clean pool and sunbeds. It's walking distance to the pub, Bowlo and fish co-op. The house has everything you need incl a fully equipped kitchen. The host is lovely and always fast responding. We will be back.

Great little spot

Great location right near the pub and walking distance to everything. Kids loved the pool - was beautiful and warm. A very cute place for a comfortable family stay.

Great vacation option

Great place to stay. Home is dated but everything works, beds are very comfy, great water pressure, and plenty of space both inside and out. Great location, a block from the foreshore but very peaceful spot.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house comes with a very nice pool, air-conditioning, lots of space, a carport and a hose to wash salt water off kayaks and beach-gear.

Perfect get away for family

My wife and i have stayed here a few times now, we have enjoyed it alot. The house is clean, tidy and the pool is amazing and well maintained. Even better the sedgers is so close across the road.

Close to everything you need

We had a wonderful time at this property and highly recommend 'old mates' coffee shop next door, the coop just a minute down the road and the lovely rock walls and jettys for fishing with the kids. The pool at the property was also amazing, a good size and lovely surroundings.
