Great location, loud neighbours

The house was a great location with a very short walk to the beach. There is also a great cafe, Fishwicks, just a couple of minutes walk away. Majority of the house was clean, with adequate towels/linen/pantry basics but some stains on the couch from previous guests was not pleasant. The neighbours on one side were incredibly loud until 2-3am both nights of our stay and the neighbour on the other side spent about 2 hours leaf blowing next to the window the other night. This is not under the control of the property but if we knew it wasn’t such a quiet place we wouldn’t have stayed.

Autumn Break

Grabbed a few days to get away while we could. Sunbaker was perfect for a couple. Very clean, well equipped, close to the beach, great yard for our dog, quiet, Nowra shopping just 20 minutes away if needed. Highly recommended.

Amazing property, beautiful location!

We loved staying at Sunbaker Beach House! Our pups loved the big backyard. It is in a friendly neighbourhood, and a short walk from Culburra Beach. Will recommend to everyone 😊

Ten out of ten!

Sunbaker was super comfortable, beautifully clean, very thoughtfully appointed with entertainment for all ages (card/board games, cricket, boogie boards). Great stay with 2 puppy dogs.. big backyard and a short walk to doggie beach. Always a beautiful breeze, good aircon, great coffee machine! Thankyou, we'll be back for sure.

A great place to stay

A fabulous, welcome home. Spoltlessly clean, comfortable and generously equipped. A good selection of local places for a bight to eat and a supermarket. Out the back gate for a short walk to the beach. Need to spend longer next time. We loved all this house had to offer!

Overall great location

I was a little disappointed that the lack of drainage made it so the verandah was flooding & muddy. The fire pit was full of water when I arrived which made it not accessible. But overall a clean property & great location.

Nice short stay at this property

Property was lovely and definitely in the right spot with access to the beach. I think it has failed to mention that the only access to the rear of the property is through the bedrooms which is disruptive and evasive. Other than that, would suit a small group and has everything you need.

Lovely place, children and dog friendly. Walking distance to dog beach!

The home was lovely. Compact. Had EVERYTHING you need and more! Booking/check in/info was easy and informative. Internet didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for us and the owners were onto it. Neighbours (holiday goers) next door were loud, and it echoed into our place. It was only for 1 night, and a Saturday night at that, so it’s expected and good to hear others laughing and having fun. Just a shame we wanted to sleep 😁 Maybe some sound proofing (hedging etc) btw properties might help for future. All in all, a great little house, lovely and clean and easy to book. Thank you!

Genuine pet friendly property

Excellent pet friendly property. Fantastic location only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook up a storm.

Pleasant stay at Sunbaker House

Our family stayed at Sunbaker and we were very happy with the homely feel to this beach house. The owners have put time into this beach house to cater for all members of the family. Whether its sitting out under the patio. Playing some board games with the family or watching some of their DVD's from the library. We greatly appreciated our stay here and also enjoyed taking our walks on the local beach which is very close to the property.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days.
