Property Description:

Sunrise SEA-esta, fully renovated in 2016 is a large 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house multiple living spaces, plenty of room for the whole family and very well equipped for children, if you can get them out of the pool, they will love the separate DVD area, games, toys, books and lots of movies.

Surrounded by lawn and tropical gardens, fully fenced suitable for a small dog. The beauty of this property is the location - stroll to the dog-friendly beach which is only 85m’s down the road. Sunrise Beach is a long stretch of sand, perfect for swimming, long walks, surfing or fishing. Around the corner is a fantastic café, 5-minute drive to Sunshine Beach Village, Peregian Village and 10 minutes to Hastings Street & Noosa Main Beach and National Park.

Pre Christmas Beach Stay

Always a great place to stay with our dogs and kids. Well equipped, spacious and close to the dog beach.

Amazing space for the family to chill out and relax. Close to the beach (an easy walk), Sunshine Beach for eating out is a short drive away. Would come back again!

Absolutely Excellent Property

Fantastic modern property in a great location, 10 minutes stroll to the beach with a really good feel. We were 3 professional Osteopaths attending a seminar in Noosa. The property was ideal as it was in a quiet area, lots of space in the house with our own bathrooms and all the comforts needed on our stay. Definitely would highly recommend the property for families, groups of friends or professional people. We would love to stay again next Seminar.

Our winter retreat

An excellent experience over the past 16 days. Fabulous communication with Noosa Holidays Homes staff who made themselves available when we required assistance. 20 out of 10 for our family holiday and extended time with friends at SEA-esta on Sunshine beach. Everything we could have wanted and more. VB.

Stunning house

House was so clean and modern. Lovely welcome pack in the fridge when we arrived with milk, cheese and some treats etc. Property was fully fenced which is wonderful for small dog or children and its soooo quiet which is what we were looking for. Seperate wing downstairs which would be great for in-laws or teenage children. I wasn't counting on how steep the stairs were to the second level which could be a problem for elderly people and even at 50 I found them too steep. The master bedroom upstairs is stunning, but it is very light in the early hours of the morning and that may be great for some people, but if you are light sleepers like we looking for complete rest then it was uncomfortable. The owners have been very generous in the amount of kitchen equipment and supplies that they have supplied and the best part of the stay was probably the outdoor BBQ area which we used every night.

Noosa get away with family

Property was excellent, unusually better than the photographs shown on the HomeAway website. Location great, walking distance to a brilliant beach, very close to Hastings street. Beautifully equiped home, geared for families. We would highly recommend this property and will return.

Wonderful house for family

We wanted a home away from home a place to relax with our young son and dog after a morning at the beach or cook and enjoy a meal outdoors and this house was perfect! Very well maintained and equipped with everything you could possible need. We didn’t want to leave! One tip is a car is probably necessary if you want to head into Noosa main beach regularly which we did was only a quick trip and was easy to park.

Beautiful spacious house within 5 minutes walk to the beach.

A beautiful property with lots of space. Gorgeous bathrooms and a very well stocked kitchen - plenty of crockery and cooking implements. Two lovely outdoor spaces with a deep pool.

Beautiful spacious house

We loved our stay at this property. The house was modern, clean and big. Perfect for a large group or 2 families. It had everything you could possibly need, felt right at home. Great location too, definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic Holiday Home

Jade's Place offers a home away from home comfort and style. It is a very clean and well thought out property with comfortable and inviting decor. We three ladies and our two dogs had a delightful time and were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. The beds were conformable and the furnishings just right for a beach area retreat. The outdoor area and safe yard was well utilised by ourselves and our furbabies. With Noosa and Noosaville a short drive away we were able to access all the shops and cafes that this area has to offer. Our check in was easy and correspondence was quickly attended to. The area being residential was quiet and had a safe family feeling. There were plenty of books, games, toys and magazines to enjoy. The fridge was an excellent size and kept the champagnes nice and cold. WE would thoroughly recommend this holiday home and it is particularly safe for children and pets. The parking was ample and made accessing the street safe and easy. WE has a wonderful time and would return. Gail, Maria and Paula
