The Farmhouse er fuldt selvstændig og beliggende nær den opvarmede indendørs swimmingpool. Det har en fantastisk udsigt over dalen og har en stor udendørs græsareal, som er fuldt indhegnet. The Farmhouse har ikke havudsigt, men er kun 550 meter gåtur til stranden.

Cute and Cosy

Place is great for a weekend away with extended family. Pool was a big hit and beds very comfortable.

New year reset

Loved this property. We kept our food scraps to feed the chickens, we picked some superb herbs to make our dinners just that bit "fancier". Late summer would be perfect to take advantage of the Orchard's produce. Our dog loved this backyard, he loves to play fetch, so we had plenty of room for him to exercise. We were within walking distance to the beach for our human exercise too. And as long as we were not disturbing our "Valley" stay neighbours, we also enjoyed a stroll in the nearby gardens admiring the work that has gone into them. It was exactly what we needed. I would definitely consider a winter stay here too.

Great location.

Enjoyed the stay. Would have given a higher rating but for three things. 1) the price hike for cup weekend. Not sure why properties do this, I don't believe it costs more to have people stay during peak times. 2) the floor was not clean. We didn't wear shoes inside and our feet got dirty upon arrival. My daughter started to wear socks to keep her feet clean. The floor needs a proper clean. 3) the constant reminder to keep the place clean (especially since we had a dog) was stressful. Saying that, the property and location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Pool is good. Great to be able to take our dog to the national park. Suggestion for people going - take books / games. There are none in the house.

Luxurious rural Victoria

Very nice, peaceful place just a few minutes from The Great Ocean Road. The house is very nicely renovated old farmhouse situated on a working farm. We enjoyed views from the living room, walks on the fantastic beach and siting in the afternoon sun outside. There is a space for 8 to sleep but unfortunately there is no space for 8 in the sitting area. I can also imagine that for a bigger group one bathroom only (there are two separate toilets) can be rather inconvenient but it is a small price to pay for this authentic rural experience.

Staying in the beautiful valley

This is the second time we have stayed in the Johanna Seaside cottages. Great communication and good service. Most of all we enjoyed the most beautiful surroundings. Thanks for having us!

Fit for purpose but way too expensive.

One shared toilet/bathroom/utility. Ok for 2 people but not for 6. No tv at all, I couldn't connect an external USB or HDIM cable. No, 'comfort', like mats at the doors so that when it's wet the floors are slippy. No rugs and such. Definitely not enought seating for 6 adults. Lots of, 'lists of do's and don'ts'. This is an expensive property, our choice of course. However for the cost one would expect the place to be luxurious. It is not. Overpriced and lacking uniqueness. The area sells itself.

The views were amazing and so peaceful!

Loved the farm mixed with beach landscapes. The farmhouse was very comfortable, clean and really well equipped. Indoor swimming pool was a great bonus.

Great place

The location was amazing, 1 min drive to the beach. The farm view was amazing to wake up to every morning, the lounge area furniture was out dated and the pool was a bit too cold for my 3 year old son even though it was heated but he made use of the bathtub. Wifi was available and the place was very clean. Overall great place.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, the farm house is situated next to the chicken coop and the lounge room over looks the cows, standing outside you hear the waves crashing from the beach which is literally a 2min drive. I was OBSESSED with the fireplace 😍 Wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful location

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely farm house. Beautiful rural setting enjoyed by both my 2 boys and dog. Well equipped kitchen, clean and well serviced house. Indoor pool was well used. Loved feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. Will be back. Great place to get away Fumo it all.

Too short a stay, just a short weekend.

Another visit to Johanna cottages. Had a short but relaxing stay this time in the farmhouse. Loved the views the relaxing surroundings, the farmhouse was decked out with everything you could need, just bring your food and drink and sit back and relax. The beach is so close, our dog Forbes loved it and the huge yard to run around in, he was mesmerized by the chickens who clucked away content in thier huge run next door and didnt wake us once. We will be back but for a longer stay next time.

Awesome isolad place

We enjoyed literally everything-from an amazing beautiful isolated location to a very well-facilited house. Wood in the fireplace, dozen on freshly collected eggs in the fridge-the hosts do care about the customers! Everything is done with love! A perfect country stay with exquisite taste. We'll be back:)
