we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we missed in the house was a smart tv and sofas need to replace our put new covers.

Great location

The house itself could do with a bit of TLC but overall great location, easy walk to beach, quiet neighbourhood. Overall a pleasant stay.

I have no Idea what she means by tender loving cate(tlc) the house is well kept. Very clean, modern kitchen. Nice expensive leather lounge suite. Beds comfortable to sleep in. Modern bathroom which includes a spa bath. I do not understand what she expected that the house lacked off.

The house is spacious, bright, comfortable and well located.

Three generations and we all enjoyed our stay. We liked the separate balconies and the generous living area.

Great location. Perfect for family.

This house in beautiful Apollo bay within an hr drive of many attractions had everything you need. 15min walk along gorgeous foreshore to town. 2min walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

Great location accessible to beach and short walk to town. However house was tired in appearance compared some of the photos in listing and in some areas of the house it cleaned or well maintained.

First of all Nick was very helpful with arranging this accommodation for us. The house was as described and with a 15 min walk from all amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Holiday

Great location we were able to easily walk to the beach, shops, playground and do day trips to the apostles and Otway fly. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Some furniture a bit tired but we would book again.

Great Space, Great Location

Our family of four, plus two grandparents stayed for a week and we were happy with all the house has to offer. It’s close to the beach (at the bottom of the hill) and the town is walkable. Bedrooms were clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The two balconies offer great views of the hills and the ocean. Nick was helpful and prompt with his communication. We would definitely stay here again if we are planning a holiday in Apollo Bay.

Family Christmas

Perfect location and we were easily able to self cater and enjoy family meals together. The weather was disappointing but you can’t do much about that and we still had a great time together. The family found the beds too hard ( except for us who had main bedroom upstairs). The lounge and dining room chairs were uncomfortable.

Back to Apollo Bay

Property is very attractive, pleasing decor, very modern. Great supply of kitchen utensils, saucepans, etc. Lovely outlook. Did have trouble with Street light Shining into our bedroom, the blinds weren’t blocking it out sufficiently. We have been to rentals before where there were some activities for children. This would have been a nice addition. However, we had a very pleasant stay overall revisiting some familiar haunts around the area.

It’s was clean tidy basic accomodation. That is well presented A bit disappointing re ability to get internet wifi, having to screenshot a picture of my ID or passport to someone ? How is the data stored? Who is getting my ID? I ve never had to do this in any stayz accomodation before

I am sorry to read that Julie felt this way about providing ID to get access to wifi. Julie could have communicated with me and I would have explained to her the reasons for this requirement. This requirement is basically to protect ourselves against any illegal activity originating in my IP address. As it is well known that any access to sites on the Net can be tracked down to the IP address. Information that one provides to me stays on the house listing on the Stayz website.

Family getaway

The property was so clean, neat and well maintained, which was so close to the beach and to the shops. I would like to say Thank you to the owner for all his help, excellent service and for accommodating us. I rate your place 10 out of 10, will recommend your property to the rest of my family and friends. We will love to come back to stay in your place and spent some more time to just relax and enjoy Apollo Bay.

Great spot, easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. House pictures were accurate and met our expectations. Brown sofa tired and in need of replacing, a potato peeler would have been helpful. Outdoor furnishings could be improved given these areas are a key component to beachside living. Happy with the overall stay.

Perfect stay

2 Joyce St is the ideal holiday rental. The accommodation is clean and inviting, with a great living area and wonderful views from the outdoor areas. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and pots and pans and the bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. Nick was quick to respond to any enquiries and the beach is only a short stroll away.
