The Space:

Bedroom 3: Ideal for children or additional guests, this room includes two single beds, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and access to a small private balcony.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The master ensuite offers a spacious and modern layout, featuring a double vanity, shower, and toilet, providing added comfort and convenience for guests.
Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a vanity, toilet, and a combined bath and shower, perfect for families or shared stays.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment accessible via a lift on level 3. The property includes 1 secure parking space in the complex garage. Please note that the owners will have a vehicle parked in the second space. Guests can also enjoy access to the complex swimming pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 3 minute walk (165m) to Moreton Pde at Saltair Street, Kings Beach where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*We do not accept schoolies bookings.
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking.
*This apartment is located within a residential complex. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm.
*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed.
*Please ensure balconies are used safely at all times, particularly with children.
