Please Note: There are Landslip Repair works on David Low Way at First Bay set to take place until April 2026 directly opposite and some days with noisy machinery - the works include repairing 145-metres of public footpath on the eastern side of David Low Way at First Bay, Coolum, and stabilising the cliff face above the beach. Villa Seascapes provides perfect holiday accommodation for up to 8-guests with all the comforts of home and sweeping, breathtaking views of famous Coolum First Bay, plus views to Sunshine Beach from the top deck.

The center of Coolum village is a short stroll along the boardwalk, where you can enjoy all the shops, Coolum Surf Club, cafes and restaurants. Make sure you stop along the way at Point Perry to enjoy the view and check for whales and turtles.

This 4-level Unit 4 apartment boasts a private sundeck and amazing full views from Coolum to North Sunshine Beach. It sleeps 6 in comfort and style.

The ground level of Villa Seascapes houses the garage, while the second level has a modern kitchen with access to a small pretty courtyard, and there is the living area/TV and an ocean-front patio and table to enjoy a sunset drink or an early morn coffee. The third level features the 3 x bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a fourth level has a stunning sun deck.

The open plan lounge and dining extends from the kitchen out on to a patio with incredible white water views of Collum's First Bay. The lounge features modern furnishings, a brand new sofa bed (see notes above) and a TV and DVD player. Entrance to the rear courtyard is from the kitchen.

The private sun deck on the rooftop has sun lounges for you to relax and take in the sweeping views.

This villa would have to have one of the best views on the Sunshine Coast, directly opposite First Bay in Coolum Beach.
Join the surfers and swimmers opposite enjoying the pristine surf waves and white sandy beach, or just soak up the beachside atmosphere. The rock pools will offer endless fascination for youngsters and adults alike.
The villa is only a short walk into town for the shops and cafes and a 15-minute drive to Noosa. The surrounding National Parks are great for bushwalking, with grades available for all fitness levels.

Pets are welcome at this property, subject to our terms and conditions.
We allow up to 2 x small indoor pets (No med-large breeds) - pet fee applies of $200 - there are additional requirements to those already stated in our T&C’s - please see below:

- Under no circumstances are pets allowed on any furniture, in bedrooms or carpeted areas; extra cleaning costs will apply.
- Pets are not allowed into the community pool enclosure or in the water.
- Dogs must be rinsed thoroughly and dried after the beach before being allowed inside the apartment.
- Your dog must be on a lead at all times in common areas outside of the apartment.
- Dogs are not to be left at the property unattended for a long period of time; barking dogs that cause disturbance to the neighbours will need to be removed from the property.
- Please remove any pet poo from the community common areas during your stay and upon departure, using a sealed plastic bag.

Prices are for up to 8 guests only - for sofa bed usage cost is an extra $55 for linen for the stay & Prestige must be notified at time of booking.
