Our stay was excellent. We could not fault the accommodation and so many unexpected extras provided. Location was within walking distance to sporting, entertainment and city centre. Thank you to the wonderful Hosts. We didnt want to leave.

Perfect

Perfect - welcoming, warm, homey. Perfect location, so easy to catch trams, walk everywhere. Great hosts, friendly and have everything you need on hand. Absolute home away from home, will be staying again, loved every minute of it!!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic roomy & comfortable house close to CBD

Our family had a wonderful stay in Josh's house. We loved the location, the charming house, generous living area, roomy bedrooms, and Glenys and Ian next door couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. What a gem ! would love to return

Christmas Break

Family Christmas in Melbourne. Travelled from Brisbane with our greyhound. The house is very dog friendly and close off leash park at the MCG. The house is in a fantastic location, walking distance to MCG and easy access to Melbourne city centre. The house is very comfortable, with everything that you need for a family holiday. Great communication with Josh and his family, off street parking is a bonus. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday in Melbourne.

Home from home

The property is the perfect base from which to explore Melbourne and the surrounding area. Located on a very quiet street, it is a short walk from the MCG, local shops/cafes, a tram stop and train station. The property itself is well-maintained and well-equipped. It has three double bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living/dining area with kitchen. Bathroom is huge with a great shower (unfortunately no bath which is the only negative). The hosts, Glenys and Ian, live next door and are very friendly and welcoming. The wine/beer and food items which were waiting for us were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

Excellent accomodation

The house was very clean tidy and warm. Extra touches everywhere. Breakfast supplies, wine, beer, tea, coffee, snacks. Shampoos and body wash. Beds were comfortable and the communication from the host was excellent. The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. We had a lovely, comfortable stay. Thanks

Great home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10 mulberry, Glenys was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us. The location is perfect If the MCG is part of your trip, not even a 5 minute walk to Yarra park. Close to all the pubs and cafes on bridge and swan st, would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and beautiful property

The house itself is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Plenty of linen and bedding and easy access to washer and dryer. Beds all super comfortable. Location is great - 5 min walk to Bridge Road where there’s shops/trams/pubs. Josh was a fantastic host - always extremely prompt and friendly with responses and going out of his way to help with recommendations and local tips. Highly recommend this property for your next trip to Melbourne!

Fantastic hosts and location

The location of the property was perfect for us, with everything in walking distance we didn’t need to have a car and could easily catch a tram to anywhere we wanted to go. Our hosts were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Melbourne or just have a relaxing break with friends or family. Thanks to Glyniss and Josh for their sensational hospitality. Letting us share their fantastic home situated in the heart of Richmond, a stroll to the G, restaurants, and food outlets. Just a tram ride from the city centre travelling became fun, not a chore. The house was first class, we BBQed, in the lovely backyard and had friends call in on the way home for the cricket. All facilities were clean and tidy as well there were personal touches of hospitality everywhere. I'm recommending this as a lovely place to stay when in Melbourne.

Lovely gem close to city and the MCG

We were fortunate enough to stay in this property for an extended time due to a house fire. From the moment we enquired about the property, the owners were more than helpful in accommodating us. We were staying with our two adult sons and found the house generous in size with a lovely open plan living, dining, kitchen area overlooking a pretty courtyard( the cherry blossom put on a spectacular show) a modern bathroom/ laundry with a separate powder room and three double bedrooms completed the living areas. The house is situated in a quiet street between Swan and Bridge st with Punt rd one block away. Access to the city, MCG and other sporting arenas or the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens was easy, with all being within a 15-20 minute walk, or walk down to Bridge or Swan St( both lined with trendy cafes and restaurants) and catch a tram directly into the city.
