This Gorgeous Tropical Florida home is situated in a quiet family friendly residential beach neighborhood in the heart of the South Florida Gold Coast. Make your next Pompano Beach vacation one to remember when you book this 5-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental. Located in an exclusive tucked away neighborhood with a private beach across the street, this spacious home fully outfitted with everything you need; this beach house ensures that you and your whole family enjoys a peaceful getaway on the ocean. Pompano Beach, located just north of Ft. Lauderdale Beach, is world-renowned for the big game fishing and stunning beaches. Live the true Florida Lifestyle. The backyard is very comfortable and clean, has ample seating, a heated large pool with spa, TIKI Hut with outdoor dining and featuring a gas grill.
The house is located walking distance from fleet deep sea fishing boats and Hillsboro Inlet were you can fish on your own with fishing poles we are supplying in our house, we also have all kind of beach toys, bikes ,wagon to take your toys to the beach ,chairs and towels. Our beach is private with the gate access.

Every room in the house has Smart TV, high speed internet and cable

Kitchen: The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the common family room. The kitchen is well-stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food with plates and silverware for maximum occupancy. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, glassware, dishwasher, and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The formal dining table off the foyer seats 10. There is additional 3 bar stools in the kitchen area.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to promote privacy off the common area. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. The second guest bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Third bedroom has queen mattress. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a futon. All rooms are equipped with smart Tv’s.

Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom with the King and queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a shared area bathroom that sits adjacent from the bedroom off the living room with a standing shower.

Other Amenities: Home has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great vacation place!

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and lots of room to be together. The beach is just a short walk and very private. We had perfect weather and a great vacation with the whole family together.

Best time ever and great house and location!

We had the best time ever and my family was so impressed with this property! Communication with the owners was great, everything was exactly as it was stated. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and what a bonus to have access to the private beach. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great relaxing time. My family and I had an awesome time at this house. The pool and hot tub everyone enjoyed along with the neighborhood. Having a private beach access was a huge bonus that we enjoyed. The host responded in a timely manner which is always appreciated. You will not regret booking this house!!!

Great beach vacation

This house is very close to a beautiful private beach. It has calm waters for snorkeling and shelling, with the light house nearby. We have stayed here twice and really love it because of the beach experience. The neighborhood is also a plus and the house is well appointed, has everything we need!

Fantastic neighborhood and property. Some normal wear and tear showing in places expected of a rental, but was clean upon arrival and comfortable. Beach is easiliy accessible, and pool area was great. Only downside, specific to an older group of seniors, was lack of hand railings for pool and staircase but this would not keep me from staying again.

Excellent beach and proximity to the beach

If you are looking for a beach vacation, you will enjoy this house. Very close to an amazing beach and beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and beach cart are all available here. The lighthouse is closeby and there are good snorkeling spots. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and spacious home

This place has it all, location is great, private beach access 150 yards from the house, wonderful pool and hot tub and very comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. A wonderful place within walking distance of several restaurants. Because of it’s location right off of A1A you can take a short drive and be at Deerfield beach and all of the restaurants in that area as well.

We were a party of 5 celebrating a retirement. The house was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to private beach. Also short walk to a few cute restaurants. Excellent communication from the host.
