Maison d'été Noosa -

Le Summer House Noosa est une charmante maison de plage familiale avec beaucoup de caractère et de style. Il garantit une détente en hauteur sur la colline qui borde le parc national de Noosa.

Il est à 10 minutes à pied de Hasting Street et de la plage de Noosa en passant par le Peppers Resort ou encore moins jusqu'aux restaurants et magasins de Junction.

La maison d'été est une oasis de calme située dans des jardins tropicaux luxuriants avec une piscine d'eau salée de 12 m avec un élément d'eau en ardoise.

Le salon à aire ouverte avec des portes pliantes s'ouvrant sur la zone en plein air célèbre le mode de vie extérieur sans couture si typique du style de vie du Queensland.

Il y a 3 chambres dans la maison principale dont deux reines et une chambre twin pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a un studio d'invité de style plage séparé avec kitchenette, deuxième télévision et salle de bain complète avec 4 lits dont deux doubles et deux lits simples superposés.

Arborant une finition de type Hamptons avec poutres apparentes et meubles blanchis à la chaux, la maison est bien équipée avec Internet, DVD, jeux, barbecue, jouets pour la piscine, lampes de jardin à capteur, machine à café, feu ouvert, climatisation partagée et ventilateurs de plafond. Tout le linge de lit, de toilette et de plage est fourni à 15 $ la tête, tout comme les agrafes de cuisine.

Réveillez-vous avec les kookaburras et profitez de tout ce qui est merveilleux à Noosa avec un accès facile à toutes les commodités mais isolé dans votre propre havre privé.

Family friendly - great location

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Took our 12 month old and the host was so accomadating with providing a new cot and bedding. The house is in an amazing location and just a short walk away from all shops and cafes. Highly recommend.

Staying at he summer house in Noosa was the perfect place for our family to relax. The pool was nice and the house was very spacious and clean. Definately worth booking this one guys.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at the Summer House. Helen was quick to respond, helpful and generous. The house was comfortable, the pool amazing and the location was convenient for both Noosa and the Junction. We loved being able to walk out the back of the property and into the National Park for great hikes through to the coast. Sad to leave, would love to come back!

Great location

House was as advertised. Close to the national park (right out the back of the place). Beach is a 10 min walk as is most shopping and restaurants. It is on a bit of a hill but was not an issue for us during our walks.

Noosa Getaway

The property certainly met our expectations. Very spacious and clean. All utilities worked and kitchen items satisfied our needs. Beds were very comfortable and the configuration suited our requirements. It was a good quiet retreat after a day at the beach. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a nice property.

Noosa getaway 2023

Great amenities, gorgeous garden, couldn't keep the kids out of the pool, great communication from owner, quiet and convenient location, owner very accomodating with unexpected changes to booking. Would highly recommend.

Christas Break

We came to Noosa to spend time with my older mother who we had not had Christas with for 10 years. We ad Christas day at the property after a walk and a swim. Property was well set up for Christmas with loads of room for family and a great pool.Its proximity to Hastings street (a 10 min walk away) meant we could walk down for a coffee a walk and a swim before breakfast which was great. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable property but not quite 5 stars.

We used to come to Noosa quite often and usually stayed near Hastings street but staying in Noosa Heads is certainly an option. We just returned from Summer House, where we had a nice stay. The house is comfortable but it is a little tricky to get to if you don't have a car, because it is high up on a hill. Outdoor area with pool is very nice but some additional cleaning would be useful both outside and inside, where it felt a bit dusty.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay

We booked the summer house for 8 days for a family trip to Noosa with our three teenage children. Very comfortable stay, the house is very well equiped. Easy access to Hastings Street. There is a Coles supermarket at the bottom of the street, along with a great organic fruit and veg store and a beautiful fresh fish shop. We bought a dozen oysters from there most days as an afternoon snack with a glass of white wine! Also found a lovely cafe opposite Coles called Vanilla Food Organic Cafe. Delicious breakfast and great coffee! The swimming pool is beautiful and has a lovely undercover area with lots of seating. The weather was a bit cool for my husband and I to swim, but the kids loved it and went in every day. Helen was very prompt and friendly with communication. I would happily book this property again.

Nice house, nice pool, but not great value

The house, itself, is great; very well equipped, lots of interior space, clean & comfortable. The annex is an excellent retreat for the kids. The pool & outdoor area is also very nice. However, it lacks space & feels a bit too enclosed with not enough sun falling for more than one or two people to lie in the sun. Unfortunately, the only outlook (above the rear wall) is of several mobile phone towers & a water reservoir. As much as I understand the necessity of utilities, it’s not the greatest sight. This, alone, would otherwise not be a huge problem except that the distance to the beach means there’s a restricted feeling with the outdoor areas. Overall, the house simply isn’t good value for the money we paid. The price is what we’d expect for a large apartment at Hastings St/Little Cove or a house with a better outlook & outdoor space (or both), but the location effectively is Noosa Junction and the outdoor area is limited. Disappointing.

Andy and his party had many complaints and were difficult to please. We sent our manager out mid stay which is not normal practice to appease him. The house is located at Noosa Heads postcode 4567, 1km from the beach this is our address. Not the junction. We also back onto the National Park which you can access out the back gate and walk through the park to Sunshine Beach, Alex Bay, Tea Tree etc On vacating they left every door in the house open, sitcoms on and broke a dining stool that the kids were obviously jumping off into the pool. We would have appreciated being informed of this. The house is very good value for high season (moved in 31/12) It is a big house 4 bedroom , 3 bathrooms, 22m pool 2 living spaces at less than $1000 a night when we pay $600 for cleaning and $60 also for manager visit. There is also rented linen at $-16 a head pool plus bath and beach towels. I am unsure Andy is aware that the house is also valued at $3 million plus. I am sorry 😢 that he felt this was as we have many repeat guests.

The house was amazing! And loved to pool.

My friends and I stayed for a week in this amazing house. We had everything we needed and the house is so spacious and clean. Dipping in the pool each day was a bonus. Definitely recommend for adults and even though we didn’t have kids with us, it would be a great place for the kids too.

It is a conveniently located, large private beach home with its own pool. Its layout with a private entrance to a bunk studio is ideal for intergenerational families with the main family in the house and the grandparents in the studio. The Summer House backs onto Noosa National Park, you wake up to the kookaburras laughing. You can run or walk to any of the beaches through the National Park including Sunshine Beach.
