BEACH FRONT HOME LOCATED IN GULF PINES OFFERS GREAT VIEWS FROM UPPER AND LOWER DECKS!! This very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a privacy fence along side of the property with sunbathing areas on an upper and lower deck. Also a screened porch with an electric grill which also serves as an outdoor dining area that goes to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and the Living Room offers a wood burning fireplace and stocked library. This home also has a fish cleaning station for the fishermen of the family!!!

Floor Plan: Ground floor-foyer; 1st Level-kitchen, living room with 1 full futon, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and a great gulf view; Bedroom 1-gulf front bedroom with king bed and full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; Bedroom 2-2 twin beds and full bath with washer/dryer shared with Bedroom 3-king bed and TV. *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The Anchorage

This house was ideal for a quiet week away. It's in a great location and everything you need to set yourself up for a relaxing time. We especially enjoyed watching the horses ride by at sunset and look forward to returning and exploring the area more.

A Great Location

We had a great stay with our family! We wanted a quiet beach for our toddlers to be able to run and play and we got just that. The property is super dated and could use some updates, but you can’t beat the value or location! The pictures online are an accurate depiction.

The Anchorage

The view of the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. House was clean. Kitchen had lots of space and had all we needed. The home was definitely dated and needed some changes. Living area furniture was not really comfortable and needed better lighting. . Proximity to Port St. Joe helped with supplies. All of this said, one can see this was a real home for a real family.

Perfect Beachfront Location and Home

This beach house is absolutely perfect- we LOVED the style and decor! The location is great for accessing both amenities in Port St. Joe and the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and state parks on Cape San Blas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook anything from crab boils, shucking scallops, basic breakfast, and beyond. The set up outside was perfect for my partner to store all his fishing gear and clean and cook any catch right by the waterfront. I loved that there is a sound system to connect and play music inside and on the dining area on the porch! This home would very comfortably sleep many more but was also not too huge for a party of two. We loved having an essentially private beach right outside the house. The amount of cleaning supplies and bathroom essentials was plenty for the length of our stay, but we did bring extra just in case. You can tell that this is a home built and maintained by a loving family and we absolutely cannot wait to return!

Clean, cozy, just steps from the beach!

This is not a fancy, modern, cold and sleek house - this is a home that was clearly built with love and by owners who want to share their love of the beach with others! It is an older home that doesn't appear to have been updated recently, HOWEVER - The home was clean, fully furnished with everything we needed, and was RIGHT ON THE BEACH! I could see my family on the beach from the kitchen window! We loved everything about the Anchorage and I hope we can stay here again on our next beach trip!

Like having a private beach!

What a great place to vacation! There were 4 adults and two kids. Staying directly on the beach was so great for my father who tires easily and made it easy to go back for breaks and food. Wonderful details such as outside showers to rinse the sand off before going inside and even a more private full temperature controlled shower under the house! Located down a small street with houses on large-ish lots meant we felt like we had a huge chunk of beach to ourselves.

Lots of family fun

Property had plenty of room for 6 of us. Kitchen is well equipped. No kitchen table. But has countertop with chairs around kitchen. Dart game is fun. Walk right out to the ocean. Enjoyed our time there.
