About this property

Seaside chalet on the landing beaches, indoor swimming pool

Recent chalet of 35 m2 with covered terrace of 15 m2, comfortable and equipped, by the sea (150 meters) in the tourist residence of Fort Samson with COVERED and heated swimming pool from April to October, paddling pool, playground for children, games room and bowling green.

Located in a charming fishing and sailing port, Grandcamp-Maisy will seduce you with its restaurants, its daily fish market, its bakeries and various shops (bookstore, clothing stores, florists, crossroads market ...). On the landing beaches, you can relive history by visiting the many museums and historic sites, not to mention the sandy beaches.

Organization of the chalet:
- Fitted kitchen open to the living-dining room
- Master bedroom with 1 bed 140 * 190 and duvet 220 * 240,
- Bedroom with 2 beds of 80 * 190 and duvets 200 * 140
- Bathroom with shower
- separate WC

Interior equipment: Oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishes, 82 cm flat screen TV, DVD player with large choice of DVD, WIFI access.

Outdoor equipment: A garden furniture set with six chairs, two sun loungers, a WEBER barbecue, pétanque balls and ping-pong bats are available.

The household linen (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) is to be provided by you.

Possibility of cot on request.

Animals are not allowed.

Rentals are from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.

Possibility to rent for several days, weekends, or even in the month following the period.

Comfortable seaside chalet

A very enjoyable stay in an area where there are many interesting places to visit. Chalet was warm and welcoming with all facilities you would require. Would recommend to anyone.

We have just come back from a fantastic stay at the chalet. The accommodation was as described with lots of homely additions which made the stay more enjoyable with a family.The site was quiet and the children had the pool to themselves at times. It is just a 10 min walk down the beachfront to the harbour and places to eat. Grand camp maisy was a brilliant place to explore from, and there is so much to do around the area we will definitely go back

Location très propre, bien agencée et bien équipée. Très belle grande piscine et bien chauffée. Petit port agréable avec de bons restaurants. Et le petit marché aux poissons est un plus. Très belle région avec beaucoup de possibilités de visites. On reviendra.

Un séjour reposant dans un chalet confortable

J'ai passé une très agréable semaine dans cette résidence du Fort Samson à Grandcamp - Maisy, petite station familiale conviviale .J'ai été très satisfait du chalet de Monsieur Andrieu. Tout était parfait , l'emplacement, le confort et l'équipement du chalet , le calme et la proximité de la plage et du port ainsi que de la beauté de la région.Je m'y suis bien reposé et j'ai également profité de la proximité des sites du débarquement et de ses musées Des moments d'émotion inoubliables...Un grand merci à Monsieur Andrieu pour la qualité de son gîte ainsi qu'à Madame Dallet pour son accueil ! Toller Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhäuschen steht in einer angenehm ruhigen Ferienhäuschen-Siedlung, es ist alles sehr sauber. Zum Ortszentrum ist es nicht weit und das Meer nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Alles in allem eine gute Lage. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und einen Fleischer, viele Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und waren begeistert über die vielen Tourenmöglichkeiten. Der Velomaritim führt direkt hier vorbei. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Idéalement situé

Je recommande. Très calme, belle plage de sable, belles balades à pied et en vélo (pas trop pentu), équipement top du chalet. Piscine couverte et chauffée. Très proche de la plage : 500 mètres maxi. Proche du centre ville et d'un petit Carrefour (tout peut ce faire à pied, en 10-15 minutes). Cet été, en juillet et août, il y avait une petite fête foraine sur le port. Un très bon restaurant "La Marée" également à découvrir sur le port. Dans un résidence surveillée, nous avons pu laisser notre fils de 8 ans jouer avec les copains des autres chalets. La propriétaire nous a gentiment échangé l'étendoir à linge rouillé et nous a apporté un saladier supplémentaire, sans que le lui demande. Il y avait quelques toiles d'araignée et de la poussière sur les meubles (logique, car nous étions les premiers locataires depuis un moment, je pense), mais rien de bien grave. de bien embêtant.

Très bien pour visiter les plages du débarquement

Endroit très calme et sécurisé. Location très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Un ou deux saladiers en verre seraient les bienvenus pour pouvoir rechauffer des aliments au micro onde mais sinon nous n'avons manque de rien. Sinon c'est très bien situé pour rayonner sur les plages du débarquement. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine couverte (très bien à cette époque de l'année).

Chalet situé dans un jolie petit port de pêche, halle aux poissons de qualité et tarifs non prohibitifs,plages à proximité,de nombreux sites et villages à découvrir. Vaisselle du chalet hétéroclite,dommage.

Un endroit agréable et très calme en cette saison

Bien situé, près des plages, région riche d'histoire. Des musées à visiter. Quelques réserves sur l'hébergement : propreté du linge de lit à revoir. Tissu de la banquette et coussins à nettoyer. Manque plats et saladiers. Par contre, très bons aménagements (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, barbecue, chaises longues). Procédure d'accueil à revoir : la clé devait se trouver sur la table du chalet, porte non fermée mais à notre arrivée, porte close ! Après plusieurs coups de fil et 45 minutes plus tard, nous avons enfin vu une personne venir nous ouvrir le chalet ! Plutôt désagréable après avoir fait la route d'être "accueillis" de cette façon.
