Absolutely beautiful, easily one of nicest condo in the building!
The condo is tastefully decorated and feature living/dining room, large master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower bathroom, full size kitchen with high end Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster & blender, and Complete with washer, dryer, a second full bathroom with tub. Clock radio, 2 cable TV’s, central A/C & heat.
The unit has a private balcony with direct Gulf & white sand beach inviting you to watch our beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
For convenience & comfort, The condo has all amenities including fully equipped kitchen with waste disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Free high speed internet!
Enjoy the heated pool and spa, shuffle board, and beachside barbecue.
Right across the street is Dolphin Village Shopping center with Publix grocery store, Shell gas station, Chick-Fil-A, Dollar Tree, Liquor store, etc.
Many great restaurants & Tiki bars are within easy walking distance.

Only 1/2 hour from Tampa International Airport. We are also located near Florida’s many attractions, including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center. Spectator sports such as NFL football, major league baseball, ice hockey and greyhound racing are also close.

We loved our stay at Steve's condo. It was great to have a washing machine, and we enjoyed our coffee at his high top table out on the deck each morning. I never got tired of the view! We were within walking distance to many things.

We had a wonderful time in St Pete's Beach. This condo has everything we needed and was so convenient to the beach, the pool and local restaurants. The host was great. They sent us a list of recommendations and basic directions. And, the on-site manager made it very convenient to check-in and get our key to the condo even though we arrived late. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Great beach

This condo definitely looks better in the pictures, however the beach outside this condo was not crowded and very nice. Some seaweed, but nice for walking. The master bath shower has a curtain so the water sprayed everywhere and we could only use the other tub to shower. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of beat up pans and dirty dishes and no dish soap so we had to buy some and wash everything before we used it, but we made it work. Overall the place grew on us and we fell in love with the beach so we would consider staying in this building again but perhaps a different unit. The view was very nice though.

Beach front paradise

The place was absolutely amazing. The property owner was awesome and very friendly and gave recommendations on places to eat etc, pool area was very clean and relaxing. Great ocean views from anywhere in the room . We love the area and can’t wait to go back .

Perfect location for a short stay

This property was perfect location for restaurants, shopping and beach days. Check in was seamless and the front desk was available for any and all questions. She was super friendly! The condo is exactly as pictured with nice updated kitchen and living area. Loved the ability to sit on the deck area with great ocean views for morning coffee and evening drinks. The set up was perfect for two people. Ocean was literally steps away! It was so convenient that the condo had umbrella, chairs and everything you needed to enjoy time at the beach. Highly recommend!

Great condo right on the beach

SPB is alive and well after the hurricane(s). I’ve stayed in this building before and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly neighbors. Well stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach. This apartment needs a bit of maintenance. One of the toilets wasn’t working (and wasn’t fixed during my week stay). Luckily there are 2 bathrooms so I just used the other. Also, the blinds need to be fixed- the bedroom isn’t private with the broken blinds. Overall- a great place near everything (shops and food). Just needs a little TLC.

Great Escape!

Steve was great to work with and provided us lots of options to eat and have fun. The location is perfectly secluded for the pool with an easy access to the beach.

Nice property on the beach.

The host was amazing. He reached out to us in advance with many restaurant recommendations and advice on the area. The condo was in a great location, right in the middle of everything. We loved the view and really enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch. We spent one morning at the pool and that was nice. Everyone staying in the building was so friendly and we really enjoyed making new friends while at the pool. The condo was surprisingly quiet. I did not hear any noise from above on on each side of the property. Although the public parking is next door we didn’t hear any noise at night from the lot. We really appreciated the chairs and stuff in the closet. We froze a few water bottles and used the cooler from the closet to keep our beverages cool at the beach. We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm on a Sunday about 3:30. I had called in advance to make sure the office would be open and they said they would he open until 5. When we got there the office door was locked. I called the emergency number listed on the door and the guy I talked to on the phone and was super nice and made sure we could get into the condo. I didn’t really like the sheets or towels, they were rough and cheap but I’m sure it’s hard to invest in nicer when people steal things. I felt like the condo could use a little detailed cleaning but I’m pretty picky about that stuff so maybe it’s just me. We had a great stay in St. Pete.

Holiday Beach Weekend

Last minute booking and we scored this unit. First time here and it was great. Restaurants within walking distance because traffic and parking was crazy most places for the 4th. Hiat communicated wonderfully and Betty was veey friendly and welcoming!

We had a great time staying at this condo. We had eveything we needed, the unit was true to the listing, and the resort staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to the grocery and activities. The beach out front was pristine. Thank you for hosting us!

Location, Location, Location! It's just hard to beat. Miles of beautiful white sand beach, walk either direction to find all the best Tiki Bars, live music, shelling and of course the best sunsets you've ever seen! A half a block down across the street is the Dolphin Village Plaza with Publix, Dollar Store, CVS and specialty stores along with restaurants and a bank. Also directly across the street is the Sea Turtle Restaurant, owned and operated by a local British family has the best breakfast on the beach along with a great affordable menu. Speaking of affordable, directly behind the Sea Turtle is "The Drunken Clam" best dive bar on the beach! They have great TV's with all the sports you want to watch, along with the best wings on the beach! also local favorites like fish spread, peel & eat shrimp, etc.
