Kanda vacation rentals

The front of desk staff are kind and easy to talk to. They're near multiple stations, quite central and also out of the way of the bustle of the bigger parts of the city, so it was so nice to walk around late at night or early morning and decompress by the river, eating onigiri and watching Tokyo Tower across the river. It has all the magic of Tokyo, and so quiet. Best first place to stay on my trip. I'll be coming back!!

We so enjoyed our stay at Hotel Estacia while in Tokyo, and it fulfilled all of our needs. We were looking for accommodations for our family of four in Tokyo, which can be difficult to find within a budget. We also hoped to be centrally located so we could easily access different areas of the city. The apartment is not only located an intriguing area of its own, near to the Hokusai museum and Sumo wrestling (Yokozuna Tonkatsu), but it is also on the border of central Tokyo and a short walk to train stations that got us quickly (often without a transfer) to most major sights. The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious, well maintained, and equipped with what we needed to prepare simple meals. The host was also wonderful, providing us with helpful information well in advance of our arrival, and thoughtfully checked in and responded quickly to any questions during our stay. I was especially impressed with the host’s quick and gracious response to an email that I sent prior to our departure, and accidentally at midnight Tokyo time. They provided a wonderful guide for arriving at the apartment and for getting to know the area–a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, we would stay here again—and would recommend it to our friends looking to stay in Tokyo.

Relatively speaking this apartment has ample space for three of us. The two full bathrooms was a bonus. Very close to pretty much everything.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Great location, clean and very comfortable. Great communications with host and very easy overall.

This was a great apartment to stay in for our trip to Tokyo. It was in a quite part of the neighborhood and a good hub to stay in. Both Akihabara and Ueno are walking distance and there are plenty of station options nearby to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tokyo!

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property. It’s a bit smaller and more outdated that it looks in the pictures, but still very nice and clean. It had all the comforts we needed and then some! We had five adults and it was a tight squeeze, so I would not recommend fitting any more people comfortably. The property managers were very communicative and responsive, as well. Also very convenient located to the subway which made it easy to get around town.
