Country cottage in stones of 130m2, private Swimming pool (4x8m), Sauna Terrace, pergola, barbecue, closed and sported garden of 500m2 with a nice view on the surrounding countryside with notably the market town of Ambierle and its priory. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room of 40m2 (flat screen TV, DVD player, Home cinema) a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor ..), a laundry (washing machine, table and iron), 1 bathroom (shower and bath, hair dryer) and 2 toilets. WIFI access included


This cottage in the heart of the Roanne countryside is surrounded by vineyards, tasting cellars, hiking trails and forests. Small shops (grocery store, bakery, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, bars and restaurants) are less than 1km from the house. Lake Villerest is 15 minutes drive, as well as golf.
