Country house with private heated pool, not overlooked, in Auvergne

A quick overview: <br><br>Outside, a swimming pool of 8 x 4 x 1.30 integrated into a terrace on stilts of 100 m2 overlooks 2 hectares of meadow and offers you a breathtaking view of the Bois Noirs, not overlooked, in a green setting. It is heated to 26°C from June to September.<br><br>In front of the house, you can enjoy a large wooded esplanade where you can have an aperitif under a grove of ash trees, have lunch under the lean-to sheltered from the sun or play a game of molky somewhere in the two hectares of meadow. <br><br>On the first floor, the house opens onto a large living room of 50 m2, with living room, dining room and integrated kitchen. A bathroom with sanitary facilities completes this level.<br>On the first floor, 3 bedrooms of 12, 17 and 18 m2 welcome you. The others can visit some picturesque villages in the surrounding area or enjoy outdoor activities at the Loge des Gardes 16 kms away.<br><br>Good to know:<br>- Le Vernois is a hamlet of about ten houses in the commune of La Tuilière, 6 kms from Saint Just en Chevalet and about twenty from Noirétable.<br>- You have access to the entire house (140m²) except for the cellar and attic.<br>- Access to the outbuildings (barn, stable, bread oven) is closed.<br>- The pool is filled with a rainwater recovery cistern. It is treated with salt and is secured by a railing and a removable barrier. Its depth is about 1.20m.
