Cette magnifique et spacieuse maison de neuf chambres / cinq salles de bain vous impressionnera dÚs votre arrivée. L'espace de vie spacieux est parfait pour les grands groupes ou les familles. La cuisine ouverte est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour confortable et relaxant. En bas, vous avez une chambre avec un lit queen et une chambre principale avec un lit King size. A l'étage, vous avez 4 chambres avec un lit queen, une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, la chambre Mickey et Minnie a un lit superposé double / double. et la 9Úme chambre est excellente pour les fans de Happy Potter avec 2 lits doubles. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur sont à la maison pour votre usage, mais nous ne fournissons pas de détergent à lessive, alors gardez cela à l'esprit lors de la préparation de votre voyage. Great location

Great location, and roomy enough to accommodate a family of 13 age ranges from infants to octogenarians. A few of the facility’s appliances and furniture needed repair or upgrading. Out of nearly 30 years of renting vacation homes this one would be on my top 20 list. Thinking of booking it on our next Fla trip.

If I could give this a 0, I would. This property was stank and dirty. I called about the smell and cleanliness and the housekeeping manager brought an old used air freshener plug in. The house smelled like dogs, from the sectional downstairs, the rug in the living room downstairs, and the carpet leading up the stairs and upstairs. There was a dilapidated chair upstairs. There was a broken chair at the dining room table and in the closet within the additional chairs. The filter was DIRTY. I have pictures of what they left. It’s sad that this wasn’t even the original home I chose and this was one offered as a replacement and I wish I would or could have cancelled and went elsewhere. I will never recommend renting a home through IHM.

Family time after a year and half battle with health. I was able to sit and relax and talk with my elderly Mom, Aunt, and Uncle in a large open living room. That was priceless!

The stay was great! The grill was not usable, it was all rusted out. WiFi was really bad for us, we did have 16 people staying so that may have had an impact.

Family vacay

This property fitted the needs for my entire family. Plenty of space for everyone. You will need to bring your own paper towels/tissue, and pots/pans if you plan to cook meals. The property manager responded quickly to all of my questions/concerns. I would recommend upgrading the microwave and outside grill.

Many things broken or not working

I feel very deceived, the dishwash was broken, some chairs were broken. The washer & dryer barely worked. The outside area was covered with cobwebs and green mold. The hot tub had to have a part replaced, it didn't work for a few days. I didn't know we had to bring our own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel. There was only one dish towel. There was no filters for the coffee pot. The toaster had to be replaced. The bed in the master bedroom was broke and very uncomfortable. We where telling every one about this place before we left. I could not recommend it to anyone else. We also heard the other renters complaining about broken items in their homes. They never even offered to refund any funds.

Nice place - needs some upgrades

We are from the midwest and drove 4 days to Orlando for a 6 day vacation with 20 family members. The house was very spacious and fit us all very nice and was also very clean. What was extremely disappointing was after driving for 4 days, we arrived to find there was very very little kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. We were planning to do a lot of cooking from the vrbo to save some money but there were no dishes to cook with. We had to buy lasagna dishes, a large pot to boil noodles, tupperware to store food, etc. The very few appliances that were there barely worked. The dishwasher is on it's last leg and the drawers were broken. There were also no dish towels or hot pads in the kitchen. The kitchen was lacking A LOT!!!! The bathrooms also had no toilet paper or kleenex. We asked to have the pool and hot tub heated, which they were hot the first day, but the second day they were not. It was disappointing to arrive back after a long day at the parks to not be able to enjoy that. The hot tub was only as hot as the pool water. Do not plan to use the grill. We bought grill food and we decided not to even try to use it, it was in such bad shape and they were going to charge an additional $30 to use the grill. I hate to keep complaining, as the house was a nice stay. The beds and bathrooms were nice and we had a nice visit. It just would have been nice to have known ahead of time that all this was missing and we would have found a different VRBO.

House was nice

We had 8 adults and were celebrating a 50th birthday. Please know that this is predominantly a rental community. There are really no full time residents here. Pros: The house was nice and the property owner was VERY responsive. We loved having 9 bedrooms at an affordable price. It was in a nice community and close to all attractions. We paid extra to have the pool heated ($60 surcharge) and it did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were clean. We swam and it was nice and warm. The hot tub was not very hot, more like warm, but it was fine. The bedding was clean. We also enjoyed the community pool area equipped with lazy river, giant round pool and pool bar. Cons: When we walked in there was a broken vertical blind lying across the sofa in the living room. A broken lamp, the PAC Man game did not work, and some bulbs were burned out in the lighting fixtures. The Monopoly game in the kids room was falling apart. There was random trash in the front yard. Little things like used cotton swabs and bottle caps. The baseboards were dirty but everything else was pretty clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The grill was $30 and would not work properly. Overall, we did have a great time. The mishaps, although bothersome, were not dealbreakers. It was wonderful to have everyone under the same roof, especially for the price. It was a nice community and well kept. And again so close to everything!

This rental was great for a Girls Trip. We had 20 ladies and everything comfortable. We had some minor issues with plumbing but the property manager was prompt in calling the plumber and maintenance.

Family Vacation

The house was large enough to suit our needs, plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space. The heated pool was great, especially for the kids! The Vrbo management company was phenomenal! They answered all of my questions extremely fast and made all requests for changes happen fast as well! Only complaint would be a lot of broken furniture- the couch has sections and they kept coming apart when we sat on it, the living room chair had a broken arm, and the some of the lounge chairs by the pool were broke as well. But overall we were happy with our stay.

Not a good stay

The property was in a nice area we stay in champions gate every year if this house pops up I will definetley skip it next time. This house was a negative from the communication with the property managers which I’m still waiting on a call and we checked out on Nov 18th and I still haven’t heard from anyone. The beds were low on the ground and very uncomfortable the furniture was like a cheap ikea furniture the couch the chair in the living room is broken would not stay put together the pots in the house need to be replaced the whole house could use a lil refurbishment. Also we had a leak the whole weekend that you could not walk around so everytime u walked through your feet or socks was sock and wet so disgusting we had to keep calling for someone to come out which took hours and still wasn’t resolved on check out. Very Bad Experience.

Large home with great amenities

The house has many bedrooms which makes it ideal for multiple large families traveling together. The downstairs living spaces were open which was helpful for hanging out all together. We had a few minor issues with things being broken or missing. The property manager was responsive to our issues and did drop off more of the missing/needed items like hand soap and more silverware. The amenities were very fun and great for kids! Overall it was a good stay, but there were some missing pieces to make it great.

Great location, easy access to I-4 and Disney

We had a great time at the house. Had to pay the $60 to heat the pool. The first week in November the nights get chilly therefore the water was cold. Pleanty of room for the 12 of us plus room to spare. There are 2 areas 1 upstairs and one on the main level with lots of seating to watch TV. There was access from the pool to the bathroom without having to walk through the house but could use a mat on the floor as it gets very slippery when it is wet. Any issues or questions we had were dealt with or answered promptly. Overall it is a great place to stay for large groups and a great price. We would definitely stay here again.
