We had 8 adults and were celebrating a 50th birthday. Please know that this is predominantly a rental community. There are really no full time residents here.
Pros: The house was nice and the property owner was VERY responsive. We loved having 9 bedrooms at an affordable price. It was in a nice community and close to all attractions. We paid extra to have the pool heated ($60 surcharge) and it did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were clean. We swam and it was nice and warm. The hot tub was not very hot, more like warm, but it was fine. The bedding was clean. We also enjoyed the community pool area equipped with lazy river, giant round pool and pool bar.
Cons: When we walked in there was a broken vertical blind lying across the sofa in the living room. A broken lamp, the PAC Man game did not work, and some bulbs were burned out in the lighting fixtures. The Monopoly game in the kids room was falling apart. There was random trash in the front yard. Little things like used cotton swabs and bottle caps. The baseboards were dirty but everything else was pretty clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The grill was $30 and would not work properly.
Overall, we did have a great time. The mishaps, although bothersome, were not dealbreakers. It was wonderful to have everyone under the same roof, especially for the price. It was a nice community and well kept. And again so close to everything!
