Great House

Great layout and it was fabulous having usage of garage. House is well maintained and neighborhood is quiet. Owner is very communicative and responsive. Would stay again.

Just Amazing

Beautifully kept property, easy access, and great neighborhood. The pool was clean (as expected that it was too cold to swim in January). The spa was easy to heat and the LED lights made it super nice at night. Having stayed at many VRBOs, I would say there simply is not a single complain or concern at this property. WiFi worked great, pool table and sticks in great condition, laundry and dishwasher were clean and detergent was available. A truely pleasent stay. If we were not moving to Vegas this summer we would certainly stay here again.

Quiet relaxing Neiborhood

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was not very well stocked. The coffee maker was tiny(only a very small 4 cup) Most vacation rentals now days have a Kuerig (just a suggetion),but definetly should have a bigger coffee pot! Quiet neighborhood and nice layout. Loved having the pool table and hot tub! Thank you

A Henderson Gem!

Alfredo, the owner is topnotch! Had a mechanical issue during my stay and Alfredo was on it quickly, including having the problem looked at and diagnosed. He cares about his house and guests and it shows! Quiet neighborhood, 25 minutes to the strip. Definitely recommend!

Great house that met our family needs… (wished for a few more kitchen utensils, dishes, and such along with clearer procedures for leaving the premises at the end of your stay)… Overall though a great home that provided plenty of space for our family… also loved the location of the home… very easy to access different attractions in the area!

Excellent place

The place was very clean. Alfredo was just a phone call away to help me. The Jacuzzi was very nice and hot. The beds were comfortable. This place was very nice we will stay here again!

Alfredos home in Henderson Nevada

When I got there Alfredo had a little blue notebook with all of his rules and regulations. Then it states that he has cameras for security. Which i thought was ok until he was basically looking at the activity going on on the house. So yea if it’s just you and your spouse you can’t even get naked if you wanted to. We’re grown so what! I felt like I was being spied on. That’s why we stayed home all the time. Nice home though but the dishes were old and nasty looking, the guest bathroom was not clean, old towels that had already been used and washed. We look forward new towels and dishes because we pay such a great amount to rent your home. But all is well.

It is clearly stated on the website that there are cameras OUTSIDE for security reasons which is common on rental properties like this one. Our home gets professionally cleaned after every guest checks out and clean towels and linen are provided for every guest. This guest was not honest from the beginning. She made a reservation for 2 guest and 6 people showed up. They didn’t follow our house rules as they smoked cigarettes and marijuana inside the house and stayed outside making noise until late at night disturbing the neighborhood. The only reason this guest leaves a bad review is because we had to charge them a damage fee because of they left the house stinking of smoke.

Perfect Spring Get-Away

We had a wonderful 5 days in the Foothills of Henderson. This home was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. We got out each day to hike and view nearby sites. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Alfredo!

Great weekend stay

Myself and three college buddies stayed at Alfredo’s for a long weekend get away. We spent the days at Lake Mead and came back to this great house. Pictures just don’t do it justice. We were able to come back and enjoy the pool, spa and play rounds of pool. Thanks Alfredo for the great spot!

Clean and accessible! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stayed here for sporting. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and pool table. The home was very clean and organized.

Perfect Soccer weekend location

This house is newly renovated with excellent amenities and a truly friendly and responsive Host in Alfredo. If you are coming to Vegas for a weekend of games at Heritage Park, this property is perfect. Definitely will stay here again !!

Quiet and relaxing Vegas Vacation

The house was very nice and clean to stay in, and had all the required necessities and more. The neighborhood was quiet. Our family had a very relaxing time in the home. Alfredo was a great host and is very responsive. I would highly recommend this house when staying in the Las Vegas area.

Great place to hang out for soccer tournament

If you have any sporting activities scheduled in Henderson, this place is really convenient. Hot tub helps with recovery between games. The pool table was a hit with the kids, and the TV mounted overhead made it feel like a sports bar. Host was very responsive and friendly. Will stay here again.
