Great property with tons of space. Owners were very prompt returning messages and happy to heat up the hot tub when requested. Great place to stay close to airport and strip!

Viva Las Vegas Girls Trip

Perfect home

So nice to be close to the strip, yet have all of the comforts of home. Convenient, quiet location in a lovely neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Hope to return in warm weather & enjoy the pool/hot tub.

Property was as described, very spacious, excellent patio and pool area to gather by. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen area. The master bedroom king size mattress was a little overworn could use a replacement. Overall, an excellent place to rent. Will probably rent again on my next trip over.

Fleas! Terrible Property Management Team! Do not stay here!

The property has fleas! Do not stay here as the owners won’t acknowledge they exist and won’t fix the issue. Upon notification of the fleas found, the management team offered to send a cleaner
. a cleaner would not solve the flea infestation. A cleaner never showed but they did send an “inspector” for which they will not provide the credentials. The “inspector” said they were ants. I’m pretty sure anyone could identify a flea vs an ant!! Absolutely ridiculous. Nonetheless, the management team did not acknowledge our very valid concerns and was unwilling to accept our equitable offer to pay for the night we stayed then refund the following nights. Janie and Travis Schurr clearly only care about their bottom line and don’t care about guest experience. I wish I could attach photos of the fleas and flea bites my mom has endured. Stay here at your own risk!

pool wasn't working

The pool was not working and got no response concerning the pool, and there was only one tv in the entire house, in the living room. However, everything else was perfect and to everyone satisfaction.

Home was spotless, the only thing I would change is the light in the living room is approximately 5’11” from the ground, I’m 6’ 2”, I hit my head on the light numerous times walking past.

Property Even Better in Person

Property was great for my 2 children 9 and 14 along with our dog. The pool was a lot bigger in person along with the back yard area. Which was a great surprise. The pictures are nice online; although, the property is more spacious in person..it’s spacious and cozy at the same time. We have stayed at many properties and again we are very pleased. Had enough kitchen supplies, house was clean (and I’m a clean freak), and enough towels and linens. Pillows were comfy too. And good communication as well. There is only 1 tv in the house which was different, which was ok for my family..but I think for families of more people that might cause an issue for some. Although for my family we have tablets so we can watch a movie from our rooms if we wished. Backyard was also sealed in nicely so if you bring a pet. Thumbs up :)
