Art House is a very clean and unique home with 4 ensuites and a fully equipped kitchen for the traveling chef. The home features art work on all the walls in the home. The art work is done by high school students and local artists. Guests are able to purchase artwork if they wish. This home is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Silos, Baylor, McLane Stadium, restaurants, shopping and many other locations downtown. If traveling with a larger group, there are two other homes next door, a three bedroom as well as a 2 bedroom. Simplicity House (1661305) and Serenity House (1872783), which can also be rented together with this home. Please check for availability.

Girlfriend trip to Waco. We loved the Art House! It was a decorated so cute and a perfect get away place. Each room has its own bathroom. Large kitchen and living area to visit. It’s very close to the main Waco attractions. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a great house for a family that each like their own bathroom! Four bedrooms each with a bathroom and a powder room! Very nice seating area in the living room with a stocked kitchen and coffee maker with coffee. Beds are very comfy with plenty of pillows. Great location very convenient to everything.We will be back!

So cute and comfy

The house is so well decorated, beds are super comfy, and the back porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Location is great too with so many food options and a comfortable walk to the Silos. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing girls trip.

Loved this property! Wonderful location. The home has a great layout with 4 suites, allowing privacy for multiple guests. It also has such a great vibe with vibrant colors and artwork. We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great condition and very well decorated with local artist paintings and sketches throughout. The house host was super friendly, and had great communication and made it very clear she was there to assist if we needed. Will absolutely be here again!

Perfect and charming!

We absolutely loved our stay here in this roomy and charming home. It was clean and had everything we wanted or needed. Our host responded to any questions immediately. We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms! Easy walk to Magnolia Markets and restaurants. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again if we come back!!

Eclipse Weekend

The house layout was great for 4 couples. Everyone appreciated the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bath. There was even a 5th 1/2 bath for guests.

A short walk to Magnolia Market

If you’re interested in visiting Magnolia Market, this is the perfect place to stay. Just a few blocks away. Very spacious with four bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Charmaine was very accessible. It was a great stay.

I was once a pro soccer player and after soccer, I found myself being drawn toward real estate and hospitality. Very strange, since I studied neither during my years at North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC. I also love the idea of beautifying the neighborhood by fixing up this home and the two other homes next door, creating comfortable, relaxing home away from home strays for guests during their visits to Waco.

I absolutely love bringing homes back to life. I saw this house as not only a challenge but also an opportunity to start the process of fixing up this once thriving neighborhood, one house at a time. This one hundred year old home had some wonderful character that we were able to save a little bit of. With a mix of old and new character, we were able to revive this once beautiful home.
