Maison bien placée dans un quartier normalement calme. Beaucoup de chiens qui aboient sans cesse dés le matin. le jardin est agréable et la maison spacieuse mais pas du tout entretenue. Lave vaisselle en panne, four inutilisable, moisissure sur le rideau de douche, mobilier très très ancien, mur craquelé, trampoline rouillée… de plus impossible d’obtenir la facture obligatoire du propriétaire qui ne répond plus après le séjour.

Notre séjour s’est passé à merveille. La maisonnette est très agréable avec un beau jardin. L’électroménager était plus ou moins fonctionnel mais tout nous a été présenté pendant la visite. Flexible pour les horaires d’arrivées et de sorties ce qui est très pratique. Maison juste à côté du bassin, nous avons vu de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Au plaisir de repasser par Andernos-Les-Bains

Séjour écourté, probleme d’humidité, insalubrité

Problèmes d’humidité, très fortes odeurs, moisissures sur le mobilier, cafards - tout cela s’ajoutant a un manque d’entretien general (trampoline rouillé et en mauvais etat, hamac vert de mousse, tables branlantes…). Vacances gâchées par manque de serieux du propriétaire qui ne verifie pas l’etat du logement avant la location (remise des clés par les voisines, aucun etat des lieux)

Propriété sympa - retour dans le passé

Un accueil très appréciable. Propriété sympa proche de la mer et jardin très appréciable pour une famille et amis avec animaux. Dans un quartier calme. Bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour. Seul bémol, la douche qui serait à rénover.

Maison fonctionnelle et agréable au calme. Les casseroles et poeles ont réellement besoin d'être remplacées. Suggestion Un petit entretien de la maison pourrait permettre de lui donner une vie plus longue (boiseries exterieures, canalisation Pvc exterieures).
