En una ubicación privilegiada, una propiedad residencial bellamente decorada y totalmente amueblada con tres áreas. Estas áreas, enumeradas a continuación, se han ofrecido por separado en listados separados: 4629425, 4629426 y 4095295. Consulte estos listados para ver los comentarios de los huéspedes.

1) Una casa de un nivel con dos habitaciones, dos lujosos baños, cocina gourmet, vestíbulo de entrada, sala de estar (con sofá cama queen size), terraza completa con vista a la piscina, cuarto de lavado, mucho espacio de almacenamiento, encimeras de granito, excelente iluminación, aire acondicionado central y televisión.

2) Un apartamento en el segundo piso con dos habitaciones, dos lujosos baños, cocina gourmet, vestíbulo de entrada, amplio salón-comedor (con sofá cama queen size), balcón, cuarto de lavado, mucho espacio de almacenaje, encimeras de granito, excelente iluminación, aire acondicionado central. y televisión.

3) Un apartamento tipo estudio muy privado (5to dormitorio) con cama queen size, cocina, baño completo, mucho espacio de almacenaje, encimeras de granito, excelente iluminación, aire acondicionado y televisión. Esta unidad totalmente equipada se encuentra en un segundo nivel al que se accede por una escalera de caracol e incluye acceso a una gran terraza amueblada en la azotea.

A poca distancia a pie de la playa de Ocean Park, los principales hoteles y casinos, restaurantes, pubs, gimnasios y tiendas. Se incluye estacionamiento para cuatro vehículos en el local.

Wonderful San Juan getaway

The house was amazingly beautiful, well-stocked, and clean. The manager, Fernando, was extremely helpful at check-in and was responsive throughout our stay. The location is ideal for a family with access to the beach and restaurants and is just a short drive to Viejo San Juan.

Excellent property

The property is nice, and it is close to the beach and several restaurants in the immediate area. My grandchildren loved the pool and were in it morning and late into the evening every day. The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay and available to assist with any issue.

Great stay in PR!

Huge multi unit complex! Fernando - the house manager - was an incredible host, we were comfortable, and always able to ask for recommendations and questions about the house as we stayed. The home is centrally located, walking distance to a nearby beach. Great for bachelor party and big group trips.

I can’t say enough positive things about how amazing this property was. Frenando was an incredible host providing anything we could need while also giving great recommendations for things to do. Incredible House!

The property was gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of space for our party of 11 adults. Fernando was incredibly accomodating and a great host. The house is a short walk to the beach and very close to so many restaurants, bars, and, most importantly, Old San Juan.

Awesome stay in paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Every family had their own unit that overlooked a private pool. The kids ages 9-15 loved it. The beach was a block away and the house is fully stocked with everything from sunscreen and bug spray to towels and beach chairs. Fernando was very responsive and answered all questions as we had never been to the area before.

I would give it 4.5 stars. Very good property. Everything was thought about well. All the linen, fixtures, utensils etc were more than adequate and good quality. Spacious property. We reserved the entire property which had 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms.The pool was cute too. We did have an issue with not enough hot water in one of the units. Fernando tried to fix it but unfortunately couldn’t fix it in time since it needed electrical fixing. The under sink garbage disposal was manual and didn’t work well. The electrical one was unplugged and needs to be replaced/fixed. There was a whirring noise from the terrace that was constant and a slight annoyance in the night. Maybe another thing that the owner needs to invest money in fixing. The AC was powerful and amazing. Overall, still highly recommended if you are a large party of 12-14 folks.

1) The electric water heater in unit 3 is fix. Unfortunate we could not fix it faster because of the holiday. 2) The under-sink garbage disposal for some reason the electric cable was unplug. The guest did not call me so I can fix the problem instantly. 3) The noise from the terrace the guest is referring is cause by the pressure motor that help to improve the water pressure. It works only when someone torn on the water. UBH is very concern and always is investing to make sure everything is working properly. We take very senior the cleaning and maintains of the property. I want to thank this party by leaving unit 3 and 4 very organize and clean. In unit 2 was not that clean. Rahul and family were very respectful and friendly. They are welcome any time.

Family Vacation

Thank you so much Fernando for such an amazing stay. The house was perfect and we had an amazing time. The pictures do not do this place justice. Outdoor area and pool were perfect but there were two rooftops with tables and lounge chairs perfect for getting a tan. The compound is great for a large family with plenty of shared space but privacy as well. Would recommend Kasalta Bakery, Pinky’s and Bebos Cafe.. all within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Such a warm welcome from Fernando! Perfect location in Santurce. So walkable - for restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacies, and of course 1 quick block to the beach! We enjoyed New Year's fireworks from the roof. Very well-equipped home. Incredibly spacious indoors and out. This home has everything.

LOVE, LOVE THIS PROPERTY!!!

EVERYTHING was fabulous!! The accomodations are amazing, the proximity of beach, restaurants, food stores, coffee shops, bakeries was convenient. Fernando was an amazingly cooperative and lovely host. He sent texts and emails to help us find the best places to enjoy the island, beach and restaurants. There are two full kitchens, so we were able to prepare all our family meals together. It is VERY reasonably priced for 5 bedrooms, and we lovingly called it our "Compound" as we described it to all the other wedding guests. It was perfect for a multi-family vacation. Everyone has their own space, with lots of memories around the pool and table. Would highly recommend to all!!

Fabulous Property!

This property was perfect for us! Everybody had their own space and there were plenty of bathrooms! We were a family of 7 adults. Location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a great beach, a block from many restaurants/bakeries and easy to access the highway when we wanted to travel elsewhere. We wanted to experience the culture and beauty of PR and with Fernando's recommendations, we did exactly that. Fernando is the friendliest, happiest gentleman! Lots of good advice and very prompt with our communication. Morning coffee on the patio and evening wine on the rooftop were the best! Thank you Fernando!

Immaculate property

My extended family recently rented all three properties in the compound. Fernando was waiting for us when we arrived and gave a thorough tour of each living area, and provided recommendations and orientation to the area. The property was impeccably clean and well appointed, from kitchen to bathrooms to bedroom as and pool area. Even the rooftop patios were well thought out with nice seating areas. It felt luxurious and secure. The road noise was quite loud late into the night in the upstairs apartment, so take note if you’re a light sleeper, but that was the only issue we had.

Great Stay!

This is our second time visiting in Puerto Rico in the past 2 years. We stayed the first time in a resort on the ocean, this time we stayed at this place to attend our daughter's wedding in Old San Juan. We were actually closer to the beach here then walking from our hotel room. You do not have a view of the ocean from here but the beach is exactly one block away. The property is very private especially for located on a busy road. You can hear the traffic at times but it was not an issue for us. It could be an issue if you are a very light sleeper. We had a good sized pool to ourselves with a wonderful outdoor living area. The best part was having three separate living quarters to spread out with our family. When we come back to visit our in-laws with our large family this is the place we will stay at again. The property is well stocked with kitchen supplies, pool towels, regular towels, paper products, soap, bug spray, even a safe in every unit, everything you can think of. The only thing that would make it better would be a few beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. The property manager, Fernando was helpful and friendly and very easy to work with. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

More than amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing. My family and I have travelled all over the world and I believe this home to be one of the best yet. The compound is very large, 3 units joined by a fabulous pool/outdoor area. Fernando was more than helpful. He met us there when we arrived, explained how everything worked, and also gave us a few ideas as to what to eat and do during our stay. The property had everything that was needed for our family of 11. From cookware, extra blankets. Plenty of towels, extra tissue, washing powder, soap, shampoo and conditioner... the list goes on. We did not have to buy anything extra! Now that’s a first... the home is literally one block away from the most beautiful beach. On top of that, i am neat freak, a little obsessive at times... this home was immaculate. The cleaning crew should be commended. There was not a speck of dirt, sand, or hair anywhere! Fernando even had 3 bags of ice in the freezer ready for all of us to use, lol. For Christmas, it was very hot, the weather was beautiful! If we did not want to, we did not even have to leave this place, it had everything we need and more... thank you Fernando, we will be back! This home gets an A+ from me.

Beautiful Home!

This house was gorgeous and huge! Location is close to many of the main spots as well as the beach. Perfect for our girls trip!

Wonderful stay with a wonderful host

My group consisted of 10...so we all know its hard to please everyone, the stay at Urban Hideaway is the exception. Everyone loved the property. It was clean and well appointed. The minor issues like the busy road noise and there was a noise heard in the secondary bedroom of Unit 2 did not cloud the stay (I didnt mention to our host, sounds like a really loud garage door going up). Not sure if he could have changed it. However, it did not change our wonderful experience. Fernando was absolutely a great host, he was very attentive and took great care of us. I highly recommend the Urban Hideaway. It will not disappoint....A million thank you's to Fernando, you totally rock.

Gayle and family were very nice, respectful, neat and very enthusiastic. They took great care of the property, left it clean and tidy. We work very hard to have everything in excellent condition so our guest have the best experience ever. Thank you for the kind gesture you had for my birthday. They are welcome any time!!!

Loved this place

This place was amazing. It’s huge too. The apartments were beautiful. It was perfect for a group of 6 adults. We had more than enough space. Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. The apartments were well stocked with lots of towels and necessary household items. Location was great, it was a quick easy walk to the beach. Fernando was great too. He was very friendly and helpful. We got fast responsive from him with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place, you wouldn’t regret it!
