Cowrie is well appointed self contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet located in Leeuwin Lane. Leeuwin Lane runs through to Seine Bay, the colour Patch and the iconic river walkway, and a short walk to the local Pub and Supermarket.

There is a master Queen bedroom and en suite down stairs, a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable only for children) upstairs. Down stairs is the second bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge room. There is a fully enclosed courtyard and a lock up garage.

Facilities / Amenities

Max car space available 2 - 1 in garage and 1 directly outside garage. The parking space would also be suitable for 1 car and a river dingy.
Refundable pet bond = $100 - Dogs are welcome by arrangement ( 2 max.).
Dog policy:-
Please no dogs in bedrooms or on beds
No dogs on furniture/sofas
All dog hair cleaned completely or extra charges will be incurred for cleaning. This cost will be deducted from your bond. The dog bond is $100 and will be part of your bond if not taken separately.
Large dogs are to be kept outside
