We could the best time. The condo is absolutely amazing. Very clean , spacious and a wonderful view of the ocean. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. I will definitely be back.

Loved every minute of this trip!!The condo was as described and clean. We stayed over the July 4th weekend and really appreciated being away from the larger crowds! The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment to cook our meals. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels in bathrooms for our group of 6. The elevator is not a huge issue like some people complain about for this building, normal arrival / departure slow downs but not a deal breaker at all! I really can’t think of anything I would have changed! The view is beautiful, we unfortunately were there during high sea weed event but that’s not the owners fault! It is still a gorgeous view and the beaches are gorgeous and clean! The hosts were amazing to work with and promptly answered questions I had initially about parking. Next time we go to Panama City Beach we will be staying here!

Beautiful beach stay.

One of the best condos at Celadon! The Owners were great communicators through out the stay. The pools were a warm welcome place to connect with other residents during our winter break. The unit is tastefully decorated and very spacious. Great end unit well equipped . Would definitely rent again.

Great location

This property is located on the west end of the beach, approximately 6-7 minutes away from Pier Park. The more seasoned travelers will appreciate the location away from the center of everything. My family really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and stocked well with cleaning supplies.

Amazing Condo for Your Family

Silva Sands #1201 is a fabulous condo! It was extremely clean, and everything is updated and beachy trendy! Communication was friendly and professional! We had the best family beach trip!

Best Vacation Ever!

This condo is perfect for a larger group. We had 9 travelers and each couple had an awesome bedroom with our own bathrooms. That added privacy was just amazing. The young adults with us took the bedroom with the bunk bed and had plenty of space and privacy. The littles loved the nightly slumber party on the fold out couch and they were comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with most of the necessities including a blender. We also appreciated the provided toiletries- shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. The view was amazing and we watched 4th of July fireworks from it, and they were gorgeous. Morning coffee on the balcony allowed us to see dolphins, sting rays, and even a Shark!! The staff made us feel safe from marine life and riptides. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Loved our stay!

Aside from the uncomfortable furniture and massive dust on the ceiling fans, this unit is perfection! Floor needed mopped and cleaned. We were worried about the elevators, after checking in there were only two working ones and no carts. To be expected and all elevators worked throughout the rest of the stay. Kids love the walkway to the pool. Pool on the grounds is a wind tunnel so didn’t use it. Miss a tiki bar on grounds, but saved money! Great stay overall!

Schools Out For Summer!!!!

We love the beach and we love this area particularly because it is just close enough to enjoy PCB’s activities but far enough away to not feel crowded. Thomas Doughnut's is right down the road and Pier Park is just a short drive!! Great location and we would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent Stay

We took a family trip one week after losing someone in our family. We all wanted to get away and still be with each other. This place was wonderful and just the kind of peace we needed. Loved the pool and it had easy access to the beach. I couldnt get the dishwasher to start but it was probably a user error. The stay was perfect. We'd love to come back next year.

Silva Sands is topnotch!

This property is perfect for multi-generational families with the 2 master bedroom setups and the full/bunkbeds in 3rd room. Beds are extremely comfortable and property was spotless. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There was even food storage containers available which I haven't seen often. Having a coffee pot and coffee pod machine was great too!

I arrived early and asked if I could get into the room early and they kindly replied. Thanks to that, I was able to get to my room early and rest! The room condition was very good and the front sea view was really good. It was a really pleasant trip! thank you

Perfect family condo on the beach!!

We brought our in-laws along for vacation and everyone had an amazing time! There was plenty of room for all of us and everything you could think of needing ready and stocked for you! Definitely plan on coming back!

Family Vacation

Silva Sands was exactly as pictured. The owners, Theresa and Brian are very prompt on any questions or concerns you may have. We had 7 people and never felt crowded. The unit is located at the western end of Panama City Beach which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed happy

This condo is nicely decorated, clean, quiet, and relaxing. It has the beautiful view of the gulf. The kitchen has enough dishes, cookware, and bakeware. It was roomy enough for the six of us. We only had to wait on an elevator one time out of the seven days (not counting the couple of times many were going to their condos, because of the rain.) I appreciated the games for the grandkids since storms kept us in for some part of the day every day. I liked the two pools and two hot tubs. We will be back.

Perfect condo!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in PCB. So beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishing, lovely wrap around deck, nice kitchen to cook in. It was the perfect location too. Minutes from fun shopping and food but next to residential houses so not too busy on the beach. The host was so responsive and helpful. Especially after a long all day drive and some confusion on my end, she was so quick to respond and help! If we go back to PCB we’ll definitely be staying here.
